In order to become Espada, you must either
A - Prove you are above the rest of your comrades through active and quality Role Playing.
B - Defeat one of the Espada you wish to take rank from in a fight.
C - Replace an inactive Espada member.
Replacements will be dealt with SERIOUSLY. We here at Las Noches don't want to promote someone without any promise to ANY Espada ranking. Becoming extremely inactive may cause you to lose your Espada rank... so be active obviously.
Inactive Replacement would be 1-2 months of inactivity ANYWHERE while there is definately something to do. No excuses.
Espada will not be suddenly replaced if someone is proven more capable. But a fight will likely be requested to prove who deserves the spot more. Fights can also be requested by anyone who thinks they can defeat their opponent, but if significant evidence is brought forward that a fight would have an obvious outcome, then it will not happen. Unless it is of plot-line importance.
