Personality: The two are like normal teenage girls, only tomboys. They don’t like the color pink, preferring to dress alike, though in opposite colors. More often than not, Primrose is in mostly white, Evi in mostly black. Evi is seen as the dark side of Primrose, being the more blunt of the two. The two act more like twin sisters than like a summoner and the summoned. Seeing as the two are indeed separate beings, someone can be friends with one and not the other.
Background:
Primrose is an only child. She grew up happy, had plenty of friends in school, but found herself alone at home. Eventually, her friends reported seeing her out and about, which confused the girl fully. She had been at home, she rarely ever went out on her own. Eventually, she decided to investigate for herself. One day, she did indeed find herself walking down the side walk, headed towards the library…. While she was watching from across the street. Following what seemed to be her copy, Primrose caught her doppelganger in the act. A doppelganger, usually a sign of bad luck. Seeing one’s own doppelganger, is even worse. It is a sign of death. Oddly, this newly discovered doppelganger had no sort of death wish at all for the girl. It took Primrose a while to figure out what was really going on, that the 'pace-maker' that had been surgically implanted into her heart was really the cause of all this confusion. It turned out that her neighbor was a scientist for the Alchemist Army, and risked his career to save the sweet little girl next door. As far as her family and friends know, she simply fainted from exhaustion. {Primrose is an anemic, so it wasn't unusual.}

~Primrose can summon Evi, and the two fight as one. Primrose is, surprisingly enough, a martial arts master, and a second degree black belt. Evi, being an exact copy of her, has all her skills.
~The two of them, when in combat, tend to dress alike. At first, they will attack one at a time, making one person seem tireless. If one is injured, the other pulls in, acting as if nothing has happened.
~Being a doppelganger, Evi is not held to the same things as humans. Technically, she has no soul, and therefore cannot die. Her body is nearly indestructible, so she usually takes most of the damage for the both of them.
~Evi can transfer wounds from Primrose, as well as the pain. As Evi can’t die, the two are able to carry on, seemingly having endless amounts of energy as well as health.

Side note;
Primrose's Buso Renkin is almost always activated, and is therefor barely noticed. Having had the kakugane implant since she was 4 years old, she has built extraordinary stamina towards the draining effect, especially considering that it is slight.
