Welcome to Brown Valley Southern California. Where the sun is nearly always shinning. The birds are almost always singing. And where an evil plot to rule the world goes on behind closed doors. But don't worry, the evil is only ten and still has a bedtime of nine o'clock.

The evil's name is Shyla. Just a ten year-old girl who attends Midland Elementary, the same school her aunt went to when she was her age. Which is probably where all the trouble started. The school is old...oldest school in the city. But who cares about that when you live in suburbs. In fact it was really the boredom that created this situation to begin with.

The situation? Well a true case of the crazies if I've ever seen one. From one part of the city valley to another...but mainly centered around this one elementary school and the parents and teachers thereof... people don't act like normal people. They act like crazies. Why just the other day someone nearly got run over by a woman bent on vengeance driving backwards in the middle of the parking lot. Oh, but don't worry. The victim survived....mostly.

In any case I, as your real estate agent, am happy to invite you to live in this nice little, crazy valley town. Why? Well because it's just plain funny that's why. Oh yeah....and insanity catches like the flu. So welcome! Welcome to our crazy little town under the sun!
