Ariadne was gliding about the warm summer air currents, not to far up from the ground. She was horribly bored, yet some sort a strange excitement welled within her. She'd already met two very interesting breeds of Soquili. Neither were nothing like her, inside or out, but they were interesting meets none-the-less. Her long hair was getting in her eyes from time to time, making it hard to see. Fearing that might be dangerous at some point soon, the winged mare prepaired to land.

Hair in the face when flying was indeed dangerous. However, it was a danger Silvera faced every time he flew, and he liked to fly! He liked the freedom it gave him and the feeling of the wind buffeting his body as he cut through the air with such ease and grace.
He had not gained his wings from a grandparent, he had none to his knowledge. He had gained his wind wings from his father and his horn from both his mother and father, his mother had the delicate wings of a flutter. His father was the same as himself -an ali.
White hair, that was impossibly long, trailed out behind him like a banner as he flew, heading for the ground from hi up in the air. Long bangs had gotten into his face blocking his view, blinding him, this was why he didn't see the female he was heading right toward.

Ariadne shook the hair from her face yet another time and yelped. She was seconds from colliding with someone brilliantly silver colored. "Ah!" she shrieked, taking a quick dive and barely avoiding the collision. She made her way quickly to the ground, a little shaken by the almost-crash. Ari looked up. To her surprise the silver creature was another wind like her...and a stallion too. He's stunning! she gasped. She'd never seen anything as---pretty as him.

He hadn't noticed the female till he's head her shriek and that had stunned him into stillness, as fast as he could still himself. Wings flapping in the air kept him hovering as he tossed his head. With his hair drifting out of his way, with hair so long not much really moved.
That was the problem with his long hair. There was so much that shaking it from his face didn't move much of it, only the hair right in the immediate area of his face.
Spotting the female he landed quickly bowing his head quickly. "I apologize for that. I did not notice you. My hair..." He said trailing off as he gave his tail a flick, only the top part moving and bouncing with the flick.

"Same issue here" blurted Ari, but upclose she noticed the very stunning stallion indeed have an insane amount of hair. "At least you's is very majestic hair. Mine's a mess" she added, trying to make him feel a little better. The last thing she wanted was a super appologetic guy in her face. She didn't favor those types to much. Ariadne just wanted to shrug it off, as it was just almost an accident and not anyone's particular fault that hair gets in the face at times. "It's no big deal. So yeah, if you wanted to carry on. You could...I'm no big conversationalist" she blushed. Curiously she really wanted to talk to him. How did one wind up looking like Heaven and the Stars combined? Asking 'how'd you get to look so lovely?' would sound really stupid, so for the moment she just stood there in thought.

Laughing and chuckling he shook his head. "Yours quite fits you. I got mine I'm afraid from both my parents, though it is the longest in my family." At least thus far. If he wound up with younger siblings there was no telling how long their hair may be. If it were possible he may have a sibling with longer hair!
Asking such a question she may think it stupid but he had once or twice been asked similar things, he wasn't bothered by it either. Only he didn't know she wanted to ask such a thing. "I do have to thank you though for the compliment and perhaps I've had enough time in the air for now. I don't think I could due with another near mid air accident. One per day is more then enough for me." He stated nodding his head. There was a saying about bad luck coming in three's and this was certainly a bit of bad luck and not something he wanted to tempt into happening twice more. He'd be staying on the ground!
"I don't mind if your not good with conversation, not everyone is."
