Victor, the First Prince, smiled as he walked on over and took the seat at the throne. He faced the cameras, all manned by select personnel. He nodded, and the lights flickered on and the cameras began rolling. Simultaneously, all the screens throughout Britannia and its occupied territories were showing the broadcast.
"Citizens of Britannia, on behalf of the Emperor, I have a gift to you all." He paused for a split second. "New citizens of Britannia, we do not mean to take away your rights, if you have not noticed, all Britannians who have taken actions against your people have been punished in a manner that belittles them in turn or worse. In addition, we have taken great pains to ensure that your lives remained intact as much as possible. We only seek, to improve your lives through the integration into Britannia. You will not be regarded as numbers and will be given basic rights as long as you are loyal. One may gain additional rights by becoming a Honorary Britannian and serving the country. Honorary Britannians are allowed to demand to be called by their nationality, and all citizens will be paid fairly." He paused for a second. "However, those who are disloyal will be stripped of their rights and regarded as second class citizens. They may redeem themselves, but that depends on the nature of their treason. Your nation will not be numbered, but will be called by its name, unless as a nation, they are disloyal." He paused and stood up. "But I must also be the bearer of bad news."
"In this world, there are still those who indiscriminately harm others!" Pictures of Nephilim attacks on civilian populated areas of the Chinese Federation and others flash by. "These terrorists are supported by the very same EU that promotes equal rights! Do these terrorists care? No! For that matter-" He paused as a picture of the Black Knights base exploding flashes by. "-they even attack the Black Knights! They oppress the weak and those who defend them. We, must work together as a great empire to do our duty and rid the world of unrestrained terrorists. They, who not only destroy, but even flaunt sakuradite as if it were water! This waste of world resources for unbridled destruction! I ask of the citizens of Britannia, and also of the Black Knights, to join us in ridding the world of those who prey on others! Those who do, will be the first to experience the rewards that await them."
The broadcast stopped, and the lights turned off. Vincent got up and walked out of the throne room, and turned to greet a hidden figure.
