In the squad's very own cork board, announcements shall be posted by either the captain, lieutenant, or any member of the squad. Just make sure to follow the proper format [which looks something like this post]. Note that only announcements shall be posted here.

Announcement

The VERY first announcement of our squad! After how many months, we finally have one. Anyway, on to the announcement...

Our rankings have been updated a bit. The one I decided to promote to lieutenant seat is Dante. I know he didn't reach the finals in the tournament but he's the one I see that would suit the position best, based on your actions in the ranking selections itself of course. The ranks of the other members still haven't been updated, though. It will be at a later date. There's a possibility that you may rise in rank or get a lower one.

Those of you who might not be paying attention to the main forum probably don't know about the activity system Goro [now known as Hiraka] made for the guild. It's the Jenova Activity Corp. Your activity status in the guild is displayed there and it will be updated regularly. Those who are active post outside the squad. Those who are absent only post within the squad sub-forum.

Another thing that you should be concerned about is the Squad Activity Check. Every month, Goro who is in charge of activity in the guild, will conduct an activity check for each squad. The scores we will get will be based on the following:

Active members - in squad/around guild
Active captain - in squad/around guild
Organization qualities
Crew performance [This would only apply to me]
Creativity - in squad

I am encouraging EVERYONE to suggest anything they have in mind in order for our squad to improve in these aspects. I understand that I'm not the best person when it comes to creativity and organization, which is why I need the help of each and every one of you.

This is only a short one compared the first. Ranks have been updated and they will stay that way. If you have any questions as to why you were given that rank, don't hesitate to send me a PM. But when you do, don't make it sound so barbaric.

Again, posting your ideas for threads that can be added in the squad is highly encouraged. You can post it in the OOC thread. Don't worry, it won't be neglected and your suggestion will be taken into full consideration.

A new rule which only applies in our division.

- You are NOT allowed to post OOC posts in the division threads, except the OOC thread. However, you are still allowed to include OOC notes in RP posts. Those who break this rule will have their post deleted and will be demoted/kicked out of the division.

Another thing, there will be a PRP battle between Asami [Ref] and Axle [Agi] Yay! All third division members are allowed to watch.
