No, the younger one is seme and older is uke. Nowaki is seme and Hiroki is uke. But this is defiantly my favorite couple. Hence my favorite episode, which is season 1 episode 6, when Hiroki is breaking up with Nowaki and they end up getting back 'together' in the college library.
