So!
Today me and my friend were getting our costumes done for an anime convention comming up (read my latest journal). Im going as a zombie/dead bride and she is going as sloth from FMA. Heres is what we did today and tell me what you think:
(We were also thninking of wetting my hair with moose to make it looked like i drowned and/or fake blood and cuts to look like murder) Tell me what all of you think please! Honest opinions please heart

Ok, that's scary!
And Why not do both fake blood AND moose? Simulating Being murdered and having the body dumped in the lake/river/ocean?

Back from my con! So much fun in one day....but it was soooo hot there! it was 5 different buildings so i was forced to go outside. It was alot of fun: bought some really nice items, got some good pics of cosplay, and watched the contests! I got my pic taken a few times when i was wandering about with my friend who was a hunter from L4D. So i will have pics and vids soon

I've never been to this convention nor any convention ever. I doubt I ever will, just doesn't appeal to me, but I do have some questions two to be exact.
Two question:
1. What in the world was with that strange hand dance everyone was doing in that?
2. Its bugging me did they harvest the little sister? They chose harvest, but I wanted to see it.

Its called Carmelldansen and it probably the most known dance around at anime conventions beside lucky star and night of fire.

Its actually really fun to do and gets your hips quite a workout XD
and they didnt harvest the little sister. it was just a prop they brought and they let the crowd decide if they wanted to harvest or adopt her. Theyd didn't actually do it though

Didn't harvest her, man they need to commit more to their costumes. I am officially disappointed.
And what in the name of the grand and all powerful Overmind is with that dance. Who invented that strangeness. xp

I don't know but I love it! A whole tunnel full of random characters dancing is just great!
And she was ok I got to hug her and V from V for Vendetta! XD
At an anime convention there are all kinds of sweaty hugs to go around! heart

Last convention I was at I got hugged by 23 different Hinata's! (Yes, i was on cloud nine!)
Oh, and I got Glomped by Saber! That was it's own level of awesome!

There are so many people dressed up as Naruto characters every year but its always naruto, sasuke (sometimes), hinata, and akatsuki. -__- i like naruto but they are everywhere!

Mine had a better variety. I saw 3 Tsunade's, a Jiraya, a pair of Kakashi's, A bunch of Sai's and Sakura's. Some Shino's and Kiba's, A tenten, a couple of Rock Lee's, and a Shikimaru. Oh, and A gaara and a pair of Temari's.
