This is a thought that's been floating through my head for a while now... I know it's a stretch, but follow me for a sec...
Does anybody else think that Rufus from the "Bill and Ted" saga may have been one of the Timelords? Maybe even The Doctor, himself?! eek
Another man that travels through time, righting wrongs, in a phone booth?
