 Absentminded, that could be the only way to describe Zhenzhen's current behavior. She stumbled, failing in her attempts to be graceful as she walked, heading through the trees towards a brook for her to quench her thirst. Her mind was on other things of course, fantasizing about things like what it would be like to be a princess and to be rescued by a prince, daydreaming about the strangest of things. The mere sight of a butterfly fluttering in the wind was enough to make her wish she had wings, though she was perfectly comfortable with her scaled form, sometimes it was just nice to imagine what it would feel like...
Somedays, somedays she just imagined she was in a meadow, in the middle of the night, and she was surrounded by lightening bugs. The little creatures would fly around her, their little gleams of light filling her with peace. She knew what she would do if she ever found a place like that, she woul-
The young mare tripped over her own hooves, nearly falling into the mud, thats what she got for not paying attention. She smiled sheepishly and sighed, "best to watch where I go."

 Lorin trotted happily through the dense foilage of the forest, his coat blending in almost perfectly with the greenage around him. He had had a pleasant day thus far and was looking forward to heading back home. That was when he caught sight of a hint of purple through all the green. Now what could that be? The stallion grinned with curiousity and moved forward with a few well placed steps of his hooves to get a better look at the flash of purple. Purple and white.
He smiled as he stuck his head out of the dense plants and eyed the beautful mare he'd found. She seemed busy with her thoughts, so Lorin decided to just stand and watch rather than interrupt her. Well, until she tripped over her feet and muttered softly to herself. The stallion let out a soft chuckle and, with a toss of his mane, stepped out into the clearing and gave the female a warm smile. "Aye, that would probably be a good idea, Miss." He stated pleasantly before he dipped his head in greeting. "My name's Lorin. What might your name be Miss?"

Zhenzhen blinked, head snapping over in the direction the voice had come from, a blush creeping into her face. This handsome stallion had seen her acting unladylike, " How embarrassing! He must think terribly of me..." She frowned slightly, hoping that she could some how make up for it and she bowed her head, "Hello, my name is Zhenzhen, It's very nice to meet you Lorin."
She sighed, looking to the side, "I'll try to pay better attention next time." She smiled, perhaps he would forget how ditzy she had been acting if she kept being proper. "What's a nice stallion like you doing here?" she said, cocking her head slightly to the side. "I don't see anyone very often, it's nice to know I'm not alone in the area."

The stallion gave the other soquili a smile and chuckled softly. "There's no need to be so embarrassed, Miss Zhenzhen. We all stumble sometimes." Lorin stated with a nodded before he added, "It is very nice to meet a lovely mare like yourself as well. I'm out exploring, myself. I get restless if I don't go see some place new every now and then. What are you doing out here all alone? Having an adventure?"
The green creature was still smiling widely as he trotted over to be a bit closer to the other, swatting at a fly with his short tail. "Do you mind if I join you a bit in your adventure? I get lonely sometimes, what with there being no one around to talk with and all."
