The best metal show I ever saw was Motorhead...I was so close to the stage that Lemmy SPIT ON ME. So what's the best show any of you have ever been to?

Lemmy spit on you?! whoa! I've only seen Judas priest when they came last month with Anthrax, but that show kicked a**, i wasn't that close though, but i still could see everything.

I've seen Sabbath, too, and Iron Maiden, but I was never reallly close to the stage before I saw Motorhead.

The only metal concert I've been to was Opeth. Nevermore opened for them. Oh dear, that was one rockin' concert. It was great. I mean, we were really close to the stage. The only thing negative to say was afterwards when all the moshers were walking past you and you were sponged with the sweat. D:
Oh and when the moshing started . . . I had hair in my mouth and I did not know who's it was. ><

Mine was the Into Eternity, Nevermore and Opeth show. my god it was amazing, opeth played for 2 hours.

well...i'm actually at one right now, but...we've got some pop/punk band playing so i'm sitting in the back on the computer...when the metal bands come on, i'll be rocking out with them. local bands:

Lord_Bathory999 Cradle of filth november 20 2004 and an autograph by the lead singer of himsa and i the whole 2004 nymphetamine line up I went to that tour, but on my date himsa wasn't there, and Cradle sucked so bad live, when they were playing their old stuff it made me sad. I can never see Cradle live again.

I think Sonata Arctica was the best metal concert I've been to. Within Temptation was amazing too, but they aren't that much metal.. confused

Ozzfest 2005 was pretty good... i really enjoyed Iron Maiden and In Flames' sets. i saw Opeth and cried when they played "Blackwater Park" i'm seeing Amon Amarth, Trivium, and Children of Bodom on Sunday smile
