Personality: Jean Claude is a romantic at heart, but on the surface he acts like a shallow flirt, unless he sees someone as different from the rest. He's been alone for a few years; after running out on an arranged marraige, his family refuses to have contact with him. All he really has anymore is his violin and his voice, which are good company when traveling and panhandling to get by. He's also talented on the piano and enjoys flirting with girls and watching them swoon, then how they react when he moves to the next town. He is highly amused by their fickle tastes.

He's wandered from town to town, earning money by playing his violin and doing piano pieces at gatherings for money, and panhandling when all else fails.
Jean rarely had tutors growing up, and ran out to play whenever he did. Therefore, he has never had a very good education.
