Name: American- Victaaga Carter Arabic- Vrhagmha bint Saleh bin Tariq Al-Ahmim (Victaaga, daughter of Saleh, son of Tariq, family descended from Egypt)
Nickname(s)/Alias(es): Most everyone calls her Victa.
Race: Shinigami
Age: Appears to be 18, is actually 65
Height: 5 feet tall
Weight: 85 pounds
Rank: Third Seat of Squad Five.
Physical Description: Having died at age 18, she was very small for her age. She looks more like a child, and you would never know she is almost 65 years old. She has short, blonde hair that is cropped off just after her ears. The only thing that really stands out on her face is her right eyebrow, which is pierced with a bright purple gauge. She is usually seen wearing a tight, purple dance outfit complete with purple tights. When around people though she will wear a sweatshirt or robe to cover up the bruises on her body from her wild dancing.
Personality: Victa is more of a shy person, but it is mostly because she knows people don’t understand her and accept her. She doesn’t try very hard to make any relationships, but when approached she is a very sweet girl. When she was alive she was teased a lot for how she dressed and because of that she learned not to judge quickly upon first glance even if hshuma(inappropriate behavior or shame) has occurred, and can get along with pretty much anyone if they come to her first. The robe she occasionally wears is her fathers, for she was very close to her father and believed family always came first when she was alive.

Sealed Form: Long, light cavalry saber with a black blade. The color of it has always confused her, for she has always believed that the color black is the sign of evil. It sometimes worries to think that she may have some kind of evil in herself.(Obtained) Shikai Name/Release Phrase: Kiseki Dansu (Miracle Dance)/ Move with me, Kiseki Dansu.
Shikai Description: As her speed and agility increase, Victa begins to dance and chant, which gives her control of her element, earth, which she changes to gravel. In this state she can dodge average hand-to-hand combat attacks and keep dancing. The longer she dances though, the longer she controls the gravel that is swirling around her and is controlled by her dance moves. For example, after she has danced for thirty seconds a fair amount of gravel will have rose around around her. The longer she dances, the more she will control, but it isn't able to be compacted into a complete shield because it's always moving like she is. In the case she is in an area with no natural terrain, she can transform her sword into reiatsu-filled black rocks that take the place of the gravel. She may also perform kido while she is dancing, but while she is chanting the name of the kido the gravel will stay around her, protecting her. Also, when she dances, she is able to shift the plates below herself and create miniature earthquakes in the surrounding area of a very limited radius. (still working out the exact radius) To control the general direction of the earthquakes, or for example send a shock wave in a certain direction, she takes a dignified leading step toward her target.
(Not obtained yet) Bankai Name: Kyousei Yurasu Kaibutsu Dansu (Great Golem of Dance)
Bankai Description: The gravel Victa was using for her shikai races back toward her, now acting as a defense mechanism as it circles around her. The ground in front of Victa then opens and a 10 foot tall golem emerges. Having a round-shaped body, it is made of solid rock and has random ridges over its entire body, as if pieces had broken off over time. There is almost no way for an elemental attack to effect it and takes a very high kido to damage it. Its main way of transportation is curling up and rolling around, not stopping for any obstacle or to change direction until it reaches its destination.
Special Accessories: Victa usually doesn’t wear any jewelry except for the purple gauge in her eyebrow. She keeps a dagger in one of her boots at all times, just in case.
Skills: Although her element isn’t anywhere near water, Victa is a very strong and fast swimmer. She can easily identify humans and objects while swimming. She does not remember her home country, Morocco, anymore, but because she grew up there she naturally speaks Arabic, French, and English. Having only learned Japanese when first entering the Soul Society, she has only just recently become fluent in the language.
Abilities: Victa was a psychic when she was alive so she still has amazing intuition and sometimes knows some answers that she really shouldn’t. She has no idea why she sometimes has supreme knowledge at random times, but since it is normal for her she dismisses it.

Biography/History:
Victaaga Carter was born in the United States in the 1940s in Allendale, New Jersey. Her mother died in childbirth, so Victa grew up an only child with her father. Her father was an author that was originally from Egypt, and had a hard time writing and providing for himself and Victa after his wife died. Because of this, he moved them to Morocco when Victa was six, and they stayed with Victa’s grandmother for the next ten years.
When Victa was sixteen they moved back to the United States hoping for a new start. Victa enrolled in high school and started taking dance classes at a dance school down the street from her house. She had always loved dancing, so these classes were a place for her to escape the harsh reality of her life. She was never accepted in high school because of her accent and shy ways, and was often bullied. It was the same way in the suburban community she lived in with her father; no one ever liked the strange man in the purple robe that was supposedly a prodigy at sixteen and hadn’t written anything good since. Victa loved her father more than anything despite all this and defended his honor when she could.
Shortly after she turned seventeen, she was jumped on the way home from her dance classes by two men, and was raped in an alley. They left her battered and broken there, but she still pushed on through life. A couple months later, she found out she was pregnant and decided to keep the baby and drop out of school. She didn’t want to risk the safety of her child, so she stayed inside her house as much as possible. Victa’s small body grew fast as the months went on, so her father gave her his robe to wear around.
When she was eight months pregnant, Victa was hit by a bus while walking home from a doctor appointment. Miraculously, the baby was saved, but Victa was not. She died at the young age of eighteen, without ever meeting her child.
