Edits: Feathers on the shoulder blades (like in the reference picture) tapering down the front leg so they end about mid-leg. Predominately dark green with a smaller layering of bronze and then red.
Also, for anywhere there is fur, mane, tail, cheek fur, etc., please try and make it look more feathery (add feathers into the base design). Wings are not necessary.
Other details:Colors don't have to be exactly the same shade as the reference picture. Feel free to experiment a bit, and if you like a different shade, or even a different color, better, then go for it!

Edits: In the reference pic above, please convert all the metal areas to bone (just use the picture to see how I would like the bone to relate to the blue part of the wings. Please ignore the orange bits). The bones should be the same honey blond color as the horn. Please use the same shade of blue as the picture, but make it more transparent (like an insect wing - you can even add veins like insect wings have, if you want). The wings should be the same size as the largest stock edit wings. Anywhere there is fur or hair should be completely replaced with feathers that follow the same general lines of the base lineart. Lastly, #4 stock edit Caribou antlers (double) please.
Other details: Anshar means "Skypivot", and was a sky god in ancient Mesopotamian mythology, so I want him to evoke the feeling of calm sky.

Edits: #4 stock edit Caribou antlers (single) please. Ivy twining in and around the mane and antler (should be same dark green color as Ivy in the reference pic). Wings exactly like in the reference pic (look like green/blue and yellow leaves and should be about the same size as the stock edit open mini dragon wings). Large white Madonna Lily wrapped around the base of the tail (where the tail meets the spine) with the flower facing toward Kishar's face.
Other details: The name Kishar means "Earthpivot", and was an earth mother goddess in Mesopotamian mythology, so I want her to evoke the feeling of 'etherial earth'. The mane, tail, fetlocks, cheekfur, eyebrow should be the same honey blond as her brother, but should be regular fur rather than feathers.
