"Finally!" Siam let out a shout as they got to first place in the long line. "It's like we've been waiting all day." She showed the bouncer her ID. She had a firm grip on Amaranth's arm to make sure the tonkinese didn't shoot off and leave her.
Amaranth heaved a heavy sigh. There was no way she was getting out of this one, no matter how hard she tried. Once again, Siam had decided that Amaranth needed to learn how to loosen up and have some fun. Therefore, she had taken her to a rave. Not the brightest idea in Ammy's mind. Just outside she could hear the loud music; being sensitive to noise and all since she couldn't see, she knew it was going to be even louder inside. Now that she thought about it, she didn't know how to dance. And she'd look like an idiot if anyone tried talking to her. She silently wished Odette was there. She was the more talkative one. And she helped make Amaranth less self-conscious about her looks-more specifically her eyes, by reassuring and complimenting her all the time.
Amaranth showed the bouncer her ID too and she and Siam stepped inside.
It was like stepping into a whole other world. The music was loud, and everything was dark except the glow of neon rainbow glow sticks and small colorful light decorations. There was a large mass of people dancing and hopping around to the sound of a catchy techno beat. The band was loud, and everybody was loving it; Especially Siam. She immediately was going to head for the bar, but Amaranth stopped her.
"Oh no you don't. I know what you're thinking. First off you're not leaving me here alone in this....mess.....and second...remember what happened last time you got drunk. And I'm not taking care of your hangover."
"I won't leave you. And hey, that wasn't my fault. He never said anything. And we didn't DO anything. Sheesh," she said, flipping her long hair, back and dragging Ammy further inside. "Don't worry so much. We're here to have fun!" She smiled. This was going to be great, or so she hoped.
Odette was slightly jealous. She wanted to go to. But of course she wasn't old enough. It didn't take long to convince herself that she could try to sneak in. It was a brilliant idea. But how? Easy, a window. Hopefully she would fit. She was half-way in, her front in some sort of back-room that wasn't being used.

The rave had been going on for quite some time now and Rave was one of the lucky few there from the beginning, why wouldn't he be when he helped organize it, he had gotten in without having to go through the line at all walking right up to the bouncer and showing his ID, his name alone being what got him inside.
The room was filled with such loud music that the beat was basically pulsing through everyone and everything in the entire place. Strobe light of a multitude of colors were flashing all over adding to the awesome moves that the mass of dancers were using as they appeared to being jerking with each burst of light. Rave had danced his way all the way to the stage where he quickly ascended to take center stage.
"Is everybody having a good time?!" He shouted into a microphone he had been handed. "Because this is just the beginning!" He threw the mic to the side after turning it off and dove into the crowd with a wired exclamation of impulse that would make him hard to miss to anyone in attendance. Once back on his feet after being moved over the mob of people to the other side of the room closer to the bar Rave moved towards it with a slight bounce and beat to his step. "Dimi, I'll just have a simple bottle of water!" Rave shouted so his friend behind the counter could here him.
Behind the bar stood a slightly nervous looking Dimi as he knew very well that he wasn't old enough to be behind the bar, but he was there anyways serving out water and other non-alcoholic drinks as thats all he was allowed to do. "Okay, c-coming right up Rave!" Dimi hurriedly grabbed a bottle of water for the other cat and handed it over to him. He turned to see how many more bottles of water were behind the counter, and found he was running low. Hopping over the bar he began to make his way to a back room that was used for storing the supplies for the bar.
He had to push through throngs of people to just get to the door and once there he threw it open and shut it just as fast behind him. "What a busy night." He sank down against the door with a slow exhale, but was cut short as he looked up to see a familiar cat climbing through one of the windows. He thought the lights and music might be getting to him, but soon realized who the other cat was and that they definitely weren't imagined. "Odette? Odette is that you?! What're you doing up there?!" He tilted his head looking slightly befuddled.
Once he had his beverage of choice he leaned against the bar chugging a large amount of the water and pouring the rest over his body to cool off.

Siam squealed at the announcer as he made his appearance. "Oh geeze, he's gorgeous! We gotta talk to him. Come on Ammy!" she plead. She headed over to the bar after the shining, rainbow-covered feline.
Amaranth wrinkled her nose and rolled her eyes. She had no idea what the other cat looked like, but if he was cute, and wild, the more likely Siam was to attempt to hit on him. She groaned and followed Siam's scent through the crowd. It was easy for her, being so used to it, despite the fact that there were so many other cats. Like using a sixth sense, she dodged and swayed through the groups of talking, dancing cats to the bar after Siam.
"Hi there cutie!" Siam said, sliding onto a bar stool next to Rave. "You've got SOME presence out there. I like that," she grinned, beaming with happiness. This other cat was very interesting-looking. And he looked extremely hot now that he was all wet.
Amaranth silently sat down next to Siam, that was two seats over from Rave; close enough to listen, but not bardge in on Siam's.....turf? (xD)
"I-I'm...." Odette began to panic. Shoot she'd been caught. She'd been caught by.... "Dimi?" She had been caught by Dimi? What was he doing there? "Dimi? Is that you? How did you get in? You're the same age as me aren't you? I thought we weren't allowed?" Odette stammered, falling forward, all the way into the room. She landed with umbrella at her side, and her skirt flipped up. "Eeek!"

Rave had his eyes closed bobbing his head and swaying to the beat, when he felt a body slide up beside him and heard an accompanying voice. "Thanks, you pretty cute yourself." He turned his head eyes open now looking the other cat over. A smug smirk spread across his face at the girl's second comment. "You think so? This crowd is pretty awesome to, gotta love the energy they give off. Oh, the name is Rave in case you were wondering." He turned his focus onto the massive crowd in front of them for a minute, then turned back. His gaze moved from the cat beside him to the other cat beside her presumably her friend. "You here with a friend?" He posed the question to find out if the blindfolded cat was indeed the other's friend.
"Yup, it's me!" Dimi said beaming at the other cat. "I, uh, kind of work here when they need me to. This club let's you if you're 18 you just can't buy any alcohol." He spoke with slight confusion as to why Odette would think the age limit was higher for this bar. Dimi looked on with a shock stricken face as Odette fell forward and landed with her skirt in the air. "Oh geeze! Are you okay?!" He ran over to her worried she had been hurt, due to his polite nature of not wanting to offend her he had his eyes covered. Thanks to his covered eyes however he over guessed the distance he had to run and tripped over the other cat and immediately began blushing.

"Rave, what a suitable name," Siam purred. "It fits you. My name is Siam of the Siam Army, West Ikkebokuro at your service." She gave her usual introduction. "I love stuff like this. It really gets ya pumped." She chuckled, "And yup. That's my friend." She nudged Amaranth. "I thought I'd get her to come out and have some fun with me," she said with a wink, implying that Amaranth didn't go to these kind of events much unless forced by Siam.
Amaranth winced at the elbow in her gut. She turned to face the sound of Rave's voice. "Hey, My name is Amaranth. But people occasionally called Ammy. Either's fine," she replied politely. She was slightly nervous. She silently wished she wasn't the center of attention here.
Odette practically squeaked when Dimi landed by her on the floor. "I-I'm fine!" she stuttered, fixing her skirt. Her face was flushed. How embarrassing? "Thank you though," she said, with an apologetic smile. She moved to help Dimi up off the floor.

"Siam, Ammy it's nice to meet both of you!" Rave spoke with a grin that was just as bright as the many strobe lights in the room. "I'm glad you were able to make it to this, because everyone deserves to go a rave every once in a while, if not all the time like me!" With the last statement he jumped up on top of the bar stool and began dancing around water splashing down from his hair onto the two below him.
"Your welcome." Dimi lay on his back eyes shut tightly. "I-is your skirt fixed?" An embarrassed strain filled his voice as he waited for a reply from Odette.

Siam cheered as water splashed down her face.
Amaranth was a little startled, until she realized what was going on. For a minute there it was like she was being rained on. "Eh?" She gazed up in the direction where she heard Rave's steps on the counter. She gave a genuine smile, but still felt out of place.
Siam, in the spirit, grabbed Ammy and pulled her with her upward onto the table next to Rave. He had a girl on each side of him now, and Siam was trying to get Ammy to dance.
Amaranth was embarrassed out of her mind, but she could feel people staring, and encouraging the small group, so she tried her best to dance, feeling slightly sheepish at the same time.
Odette was still bright red, but she answered, "Y-yes, I'm fine now. All fixed. Heh, you can open your eyes now," she said, reaching a hand up to remove Dimi's hands from where they were blocking his vision. "You're so polite. It's cute!" she chuckled. "Well, now that I've made a fool of myself, perhaps I should go get revenge on Siam for making me look silly. Hey.... didn't you come in here for something?" The thought suddenly crossed her mind, as she thought about the situation. Why had he been in the back room anyway?

Rave looked down in time to catch Amaranth's smile, and thought it was quite a pretty on indeed. He shut his eyes and continued dancing on the counter soon he felt the presence of his two new companions and opened his eyes."Well, would you look at this I've got my own little dance crew!" Rave shouted with an excitement filled giggle. "What great dancers they are, right guys?" he yelled out and the small crowd gathered around replied with a hearty whoo. Rave fueled by all the cheering grabbed Amaranth's hands and began dancing with her in an attempt to loosen her up.
Dimi had his eyes tightly shut for a split second after Odette removed his hands then peeked out with one eye, noting that she had righted herself, followed by fully opening his eyes. "Umm, thank you for the complement?" He spoke with a shaky chuckle. As he listened to Odette speak it was like he had just had his tail stepped on. "Oh! You're right! I cam back here to get more bottled water for the bar!" He began frantically looked for the box containing the water.

Siam cheered, and gave the crowd a wink as she danced along the sexy Rave. There was one word for that....fanservice! Fanservice, indeed.
Amaranth on the other hand, wasn't used to it at all. Truthfully she felt ugly underneath those bandages; usually hiding that smile behind all that hair hanging in her face. Her ears flicked back a little, but she forced them forward, and bit her lip as not to appear too nervous. She made herself smile, and excepted the compliment with a terrified blush and a nod.
"Oh water? Here let me help," Odette began, glancing around the room for some bottles to carry out. "Over here?" She spotted some, and grabbed a few. Maybe she should try working at a bar. That might be fun. She mused to herself. And then she'd get Siam back for tricking her.

Rave was beginning to loose himself to the music and without thinking began moving his arms away from Amaranth again leaving her to dance on her own. Soon though fueled by curiousity, which has killed many a cat, Rave decided to remove Amaranth's blindfold. He moved his hands towards the bandages stealthly masking it as dancing and soon the bandages feel to the floor...
"W-what?!" Dimi exclaimed from over in a corner. "You found it? Th-that's great!" He rushed over to her and grabbed as many bottles as he could. "Now I guess we can head back to the bar?"

Amaranth's eyes widened in shock. She could feel it. She could sense it. But it was too late. Her bandages were gone; fallen to the floor. Her attempt at a relaxed demeanor quickly vanished. "No!" she cried out. "You can't see!"
Almost as if in slow-motion, *matrix xD* Siam whirled around, and quickly realized what had happened. Rave had made a bad move.
Amaranth panicked and did the only thing she knew how to do in this situation. She grabbed her katana immediately at lightening speed, and was ready to defend herself, despite there being no real danger. With one hand she covered her face, the other wielded the blade. You could see the trail of a tear down her cheek but that was all. In her mind, she's been violated, and Rave could be a threat; to her it was second nature to guard.
"Don't do it!" came Siam's voice over the crowd. She grabbed her gun, and there was a loud bang. Amaranth's lunge forward was stopped as she dropped her katana. Siam had hit the handle, catching Ammy of guard, forcing her to drop it.
Coming, somewhat to her senses, Amaranth realized what she was about to do and paused. She grabbed her katana up off the floor, dropping the mask. Just for a moment you could see beautiful, clear crimson eyes as she moved, to shove through the crowd. She would eventually find her way outside.
Siam bounced past Rave. "Sorry hun! It wasn't your fault! I shouldn't have brought her perhaps!" She waved to Rave in apology as she darted after friend. Siam was worried. Amaranth had never let any cat that close to her face after the 'incident'. It was a miracle she hadn't chopped Rave's head off.
Odette followed Dimi out to the open floor just as all hell had broken loose. She was very confused. What had happened?
Siam bolted for the door. Outside she looked for Ammy who was sitting in the back seat of Siam's red convertible crying.
