I was just thinking... Why can't a Spy attack while cloaked? xD Is there some invisible force that stops him from doing so? I know it would make the game unfair if he could, but let's just think it as a real life situation.

It's his sense of honor and style. He'll gladly attack anyone from behind while wearing a disguise, but never just invisibly! He just can't bring himself to do it. It's not stylish enough! He must be a gentleman, even towards other gentlemen.

Maybe it's because his knife becomes invisible too.... and it will just move right through the person's body? (And yes, invisibility DOESNT equal ghost-like-ness.)
