Last night my mother and I went to 7-11; I wished for a tea drink, but my usual just brewed, no additives or sweeteners, was not available.
I was not hungry but craving, so I desire something akin to water with flavour [don't tell me to pick up Vitamin Water, that s**t is loaded with sugars]. I ended up taking a zero calorie Brisk lemon tea, instead of a high-fructose corn syrup Arizona.
Which do you think is the better of the two drinks, or the one least good for the body? The Brisk was made with citric acid, some kind of sugar subsitute, and various chemicals. The Arizona was just a disgusting blend of sugary things and other junk.
I like the idea of chemicals more. xD <3
By the way, I weighed about 142 last week, and have sort of picked up jogging, for a half hour. My mom also let me have one of her bottles of weight loss pills. They've been working for her.
