I know guitar isn't part of the band...But it's still part of the JAZZ band so I figured I should make a topic about it.
I've been playing guitar for 4 months only but I'm very in love with it.

I've been playing guitar since this last summer, and actually a lot of people use guitars in their band. Especially Jazz and Marching Band. We only use it in Jazz, but we use it every once in a while for Marching!! WOOT GO GUITAR!!!

I dont have a band in my school, but I do play guitar. I also taught myself, and i can really only do basic chords and picking. Bar chords are too intimidating , so i just stay away from them.

We also have a bass guitarist. We all love him! heart He has to transcribe some of his music, though.

I play some guitar. There are precisely three guitars in my band. Then again, I play in a bluegrass band with only seven or so people in it. The only good picker is Thom. The other two just know chords really. And they sometimes get the timing wrong.
I mainly play banjo. Banjo players unite! W00t! ...yea...

I play guitar and I can only play two REAL songs and a bunch os parts from other real songs. And then I can also play the songs that I wrote.
Is that lame or is that good? neutral
