Please refrain from posting unless you're another Legend, Legend guardian, somebody with permission, or if you're dropping off a gift ( try to keep it to one post ).
Try and tun off your sigs here. I know mine might be on (cause I forget) but it is my journal afterall.
Don't come asking me for Alex, his offspring, or even if you can watch him when I am away. If there comes a time when I need him watched, it will not be you.. I can guarantee you that.

Alex's concept is MINE. He was invented by me. The universe he came from originally was done by myself and Danaan and the universe he was adapted to was created by myself and azuredreams. Credit is delivered where it is due, bitches.

[[RP]] Alex shows up on the doorstep and he and Lafe immediately kick it off. He seems to be the cure for Lafe's crying. He also meets Demare on his first day out.

Appearance: Alex is short for his age, thin but solid. He has soft, spiky black hair and striking lavender eyes. His skin remains porcelain white even when he was a baby and could still go out in the sun. He has the strong white teeth and pointed canines of a vampire.
Personality: Alex is fairly intense for a child. He is highly intelligent and questions almost everything. He has a fierce sense of loyalty and the most severe of tempers. His anger often blinds him of his common sense. Having lost his best friend and brother, Alex is questioning everything and looking for answers he may never get.
Hobbies: As a baby Alex loved to play and hunt for small animals outside. As a child he has learned a certain appreciation of nature and beauty. He is calmed by being in the outdoors with fresh air. He also loves to people watch. Toys, in his past, only end up destroyed by Alex.. but he always gets much enjoyment from it.
Abilities: Alex is stronger than a normal child, faster, has an accelerated healing rate, and enhanced senses. He can also fly. It's unknown whether that is controlled mentally or whether it is a physical response. The flying is new for him and so he isn't necessarily the best at it. He also can read minds and emotions and mildly control those with weak wills. These skills are also untrained. He does have an intense weakness to sunlight. He cannot be out during the day unless completely covered. When in the sun he will suffer terrible burns. It's never been tested how long he can stay in the sun, as he now avoids it altogether if he can. As a baby the sun didn't seem to harm him, but the allergy has increased in intensity as he's gotten older.
History: Alex came to the Concord household as a baby and quickly became attached at the hip with one of their other children, Lafe. Lafe is a fae child and unknown to the boys, Fae and Vampires are natural enemies. Time passed, the boys grew, and the family went through hardships together. One night another vampire came and took Alex. Kidnapped. Alex, as a baby, couldn't do much in the way of fighting and over time his memories of home faded away and his new guardian Haas guided him in a different direction.
Haas is a vampire Ancient and seemed very invested in Alex's future. Living with Haas Alex killed, animals and humans, and learned a lot about his nature. He also met another Ancient, Ryu, and the meeting jogged his lost memory. In a rage he unlocked his own ability to fly and headed for home...

  Name: Halo (Whether this is her real name or not is unknown)
Born: June 11
Job(s) : Part-time writer. Owner of Passional, the "intimates" store of Port Gino. Before moving here she was known to have different jobs here and there but her main source of income is really unknown.
Appearance: Halo is on the average to tall size for a woman. She's gained a little weight in recent years, no longer as stick thin as she used to be, but she still is regarded as thin - yet curvy. Her hairstyles change often but she has dark hair that is never tampered with. Her clothing style is not solid but she is always in something relaxed. Getting older, though not visibly, has expanded her taste in clothes so that while relaxed, she always looks funky-yet-feminine. One of her arms is tattooed in a full sleeve, something that draws attention in a crowd.
Personality: Halo's personality is much different since she first arrived in Gaia. With all the life changing events since she arrived here, she's grown up and mellowed out. She is still the fun-loving crazy woman inside, but externally there is much more of an air of maturity about her. With her husband gone ( missing? ) she has lost her partner in crime and it has clearly affected her on some internal level.
Hobbies and Special Skills: Halo is very good with computers. She loves to read and write. She's a comic nerd and tends to watch cheesy TV and movies and LOVE them. She's also a video game addict and fits in gaming between work and comic book reading as much as possible.
Personal and Family History: Halo doesn't share any info about her family before this point or her life. She did have a mother and a father and she has mentioned a brother every now and again but noone will ever meet them. What she IS and what she's DONE are pure mystery. There has been rumor that she may have a little bit of demon in her, but there is no eveidence to support that.
Theres some talk of her having rather questionable origins based off of her fondness for motorcycles, weapons and leather. There is talk of magic in her blood as well but she's never demonstrated anything of the sort (publicly). How she came to meet Wren is also a mystery that only the two of them know. She and Wren were inseperable before his disappearance.
She lives in Port Gino with her children and tries as much as she can to keep everyone happy. Many of her children and wards have grown, developed or moved away and so she lives mostly a quiet life now.

LOOKS : Algie is a good looking, middle aged man. Even though he is retired, Algie really isn't very old. He has light brown hair that is graying at the temples and a salt and pepper 5 o'clock shadow the majority of the time. As a retiree he feels no need to dress up unless on a special occasion. He's mostly seen in plain shirts with cardigans along with his standard pair of glasses. The only remarkable things about his appearance are his brilliant emerald colored eyes and a tattoo of a green dragon he has on his chest. This tattoo is rarely seen by anyone but himself.
PERSONALITY : Algie is a very laid back sort of man. His exciting lifestyle as a younger man fulfilled most of his life's goals and so now he is a pretty content sort of fellow. He is very giving, always willing and eager to help. He's very knowledgeable on various different subjects as a learned person would be. He doesn't have a significant other so he has a lot of love to give those in his family. He has seen his share of nightmares in his lifetime and he doesn't do much talking about his time as an Auror. He's quick with a smile and laughs at almost every joke. All around, Algie is just a very nice man.
HISTORY : After an exciting life through his twenties and thirties, Algie settled down. He spent some time teaching, a part time job, and even worked a bit in a book store owned by a friend. Most recently his daughter asked him to come and stay in her home to take care of her children while she went away to search for her missing husband. Algie, happy to spend time with his grandchildren and eager to help in any way, moved into her house where he has been living ever since. His grandsons are growing fast and need less and less attention. While Algie is an experienced and skilled wizard he usually only uses magic for everyday activities. Having spent most of his life with an emphasis on powerful magic, he now just avoids it unless it is a dire situation. He certainly wouldn't be someone you would want to threaten, though he avoids confrontation as much as possible. He may even be a bit of a pushover. He mostly reads and enjoys the garden while taking care of his kitten, Fizzgig.
His kitten is literally a fuzzy lump of cream colored fur with bright blue eyes. She's sort of like a tiny blob of kitten. Chubby.. fluffy.. and sleeps a lot. She's really small and can fit in his pocket.

Halo & Wren ( mother & father ) : Alex has the typical loving relationship with his parents, but as a child he doesn't always realize that they know best. With Wren gone, Alex worries about his mother but he is ruled by his emotions and will do what he needs to do if he feels it takes him far away from her.
Lafe ( brother ) : Alex and Lafe were two peas in a pod. They were inseparable since their arrival and Lafe's disappearance has affected Alex deeply. He will do anything to find Lafe again.
Otium & Mael ( brothers, FD ): Alex's other brothers always seem to have their own thing going on. Regardless, Mael and Otium compliment Alex and Lafe very well and all 4 boys have always gotten along.
Uncle Tom and Uncle Carmine - Tom and Carmine's relation to Halo and Wren is sketchy but the two are dedicated family friends. They were very influential in Alex's life as a baby but they have since moved away to do their own thing.
OTHER HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS
Gallium ( MENDELS ) - Gallium is the element of her name. She has a hard time staying solid at anything above room temperature. She's really into music, piercing and tattoos. Very big attitude for such a small being.
Hela ( HICCUPS ) - Hela is newer to the household. She was taken in as a wayward teenager who just showed up at the door. She's a lovely and personable girl despite her strange appearance.
Bloodstone ( SHADOW FIEND ) - Bloodstone is a shadow fiend. Previously bound to Halo he had many hardships. He is now bound to Algie in the hopes of a new, less stressful life.
Rurik ( FEIEN FAIRIES ) - Rurik is vain and bossy. He lives with Gallium and Valsharess in a room of their own. His element is metal so he thrives with Gallium as a friend.
Valsharess ( FEIEN FAIRIES ) - Valsharess is strange and slightly airheaded. She's an adult but she acts very girlish. She loves girlie things. Her sphere of influence is Respiration.
The house also contains many varieties of ghosts, monsters, medusas and furry beasts that they family has had as pets over the years.

Haas ( Vampire Ancient, Flying Clan ) : Haas is the Ancient of the vampire clan that bears his name, Haas. He has the power of flight. He is gentle, as vampires are concerned, and seems genuinely concerned for Alex's well being. Alex thought of him as a father figure or a short period of time. It is yet to be seen how Alex's leaving will affect their relationship.
Ryu ( Vampire Ancient, Mental Clan ) : Alex only met Ryu briefly. Ryu is the Ancient vampire of the clan that bears his name, Ryu. He has the power of telepathy. He has a dangerous, yet charming edge to him. Alex was intrigued by Ryu. They will most likely meet again in the future.
The First ( First Vampire ) : Long dead (or missing) the Ancients believe that Alex is somehow tied to this legendary vampire. He is the sire of the Ancients, Alex has never seen or met him but cannot deny that he is a heavy influence on the boy's life.

 Here will be placed the discoveries made about Alex's Legend or past life.. Probably only scraps at a time..
[x] Alex is somehow connected with Lafe, Wren's legend child.
[x] All signs point to YES for Alex being a vampire.
[x] Alex is kidnapped in the night by a mysterious Ancient vampire named Haas. He claimed proudly to be the second child of The First before disappearing with the baby.
[x] Alex, at this point in time, is not DEAD as a vampire should be. He lives, breathes, and has a heart beat.
[x] Alex meets another Ancient vampire named Ryu who also has mental abilities like himself.
[x] Alex learns he can fly.
