i wish i could go! alas i have to resort to the theaters (they play dci semifinals on the theater screen). its not the same and i really wanna see if one of my friends wants to drive up their with me and go to one. i cant wait to see SCV! their show is appalachian spring and it sounded really good when i tried out mrgreen . didn't make it though sad

You dont sound stupid. I didnt know till someone told me either! lol. DCI is Drum Corps International. Each state (well most states) have a different Drum Corps that competes professionally. Like Arizona's is The Academy. Its like a really REALLY big marching band competition! Only theres only brass and drum line. No woodwinds. sad

But Im SO excited!!!!! Im going to the one at GCC in Glendale, AZ TONIGHT!!! Im going with a bunch of other kids in our marching band. I cant wait!! biggrin
