I am very sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Well my older sister, Laura, is twenty-two years old. Lastnight she went to the hospital and lo-and-behold, she is pregnant with her fourth child.
She was doing so well! She isn't a stripper anymore, is getting divorced from some one who almost killed her, has someone to support her and the kids and even has an apartment!
Dana is mad, Mom is 'numb', I'm crying and my brother doesn't know yet. She was doing so well....Everyone thinks she's a slut and stupid but she's everything I wanna be. A mom (when I'm 25), friendly, smart, funny, and caring.
She has no room to keep the child and I think she'll have to pay for her apartment (it's free) if she has another child. Plus when she had her last child che got cancer...Bad..and I don'tknow if it's cancer or the child. She says it's hurting right where the cancer was but that's near the ovaries I think...What should we do? Is it cancer or the child?

Ok well having a child isn't what gave her the cancer. Even if they happened near the same time they really aren't related. And only a doctor can tell her what is causing her pain. There is no way for any of us to know without proper medical tests.
And as for having a fourth child. It probably won't change much from just having three. She has had three babies already so I assume she is starting to get the hang of it. If she doesn't want to have anymore she should stop having sex or be sterilized so it's not a worry. If she is 22 and making these kind of decisions then she should be old enough to deal with the conciquences.

Chalda If she is 22 and making these kind of decisions then she should be old enough to deal with the conciquences. Agreed. And if she can't raise another child properly (like give it a proper life), then she can consider abortion or adoption. There's nothing that says she has to keep the child just because she's pregnant.

You are very welcome. I'm sure that no matter what path she chooses it will all work out even if it takes a few years and a lot of hard work.
