I don't usually watch the anime but read the manga but i really want to start watching the anime. Any good episodes out there that i should watch?

The anime pretty much follows th manga word for word, with the exception of too many added filler episodes.I recommend the desperate revival arc(the first time conan returns to Shinichi) which begins with like episode 187. Anything with Heiji and Kazuha and one of the most recent arcs where Conan becomes Shinichi again. This arc begins with like episode 524 or 525. I gurantie you'll find all your favorite chapters in the manga in the anime, you just have to find them.

You mean the one where someone had plastic surgery to look like Kudo and murdered as him? Ugh. I didn't enjoy that one in the anime at all. They animated it terribly. =/
Not to mention the case after that. They made that chick's hair PINK! >O

The desperate revival arc was defiantly better , I agree, but I still love it just because I love ran and Shinichi together.

Mmmh... Desperate rival... in the anime, the first time Kudo grows is somewhere in the forties. =/
