Ecouter let out a small purr as the breeze went upon his fur. But, he still wanted to stay serious, for it was required to be in the gang. He looked for the leader and didnt know what to do but wait. He cant just walk around the territory like he owned it. So, he waited and knew that his scent would attract the leader. Ecouter could smell food in the distance but didnt wanna move. It was so paralyzing though, which was not so good. He also heard he was supposed to have a companion which he didnt know if it was going to be assigned or if he would have to have one already.

Another day, another cat looking to join the gang. Cloud didn't like leaving the base to meet these cats, but sometimes the others were just too busy. If he could have, he would have sent Zeek, or another not-so-lazy high ranking member.
The meeting place had been specified before hand, and it wasn't hard for him to find the cat in question. Casually, he approached him.
"Well you're a bit... bright, aren't you?" were the first words out of Cloud's mouth, clearly referring to the odd colors of Ecouter's fur.

Ecouter saw the leader come over. He already knew his name and all. He bowed down slightly and gave out a serious face as his comment was very normal to him.
"Like that questions new, I hate that question so much."
He thought that in his head still trying to be serious. "Yes, I dont really enjoy them, myself." He wanted to let out a frown but he just rose one of his eyebrows and stayed still.

Cloud just let out a short laugh.
"Well, you are seeking to join the Legends, right? What position are you hoping to fill, exactly?" as for his name, well, Cloud didn't care about his name. He was sure to learn it later on at the base anyway. Right now, all he cared about was getting this cat in to the gang and getting back home so he could continue lazing around.
