A lovely vacation spot, Phoenix Island is just 32 miles off the coast of Jacinto, many large boulders and arenas cover the island.
Surprisingly enough, the island is shaped like a large bird. Small notable islands tip the "Wings" of the bird island which resemble flames; hence the name: Phoenix Island.

Aria got off her make-shift boat, that she somehow bought in another city which cannot be named, with Joshua and Mist trailing behind her. "Wow, I like it here already. Told you I'd get us here in a day! PSH!" She joked with Joshua who was standing there blushing. They walked deeper into island, after pulling the small boat on shore, and began to look around at what they got. "Phoenix Island.. It's lovely here." Aria said, as she kicked a coconut tree for one of the fruits to fall down. One coconut fell down and hit Mist on the head. He grumbled as he scooted back and looked like he was about to bite someone. "Oh relax, Mist. We're finally in a perfect area, and not a care in the world to bother us!" She split the coconut on a rock bellow and drank the milk before handing it off to Joshua and Mist to try.

James sat in the semi-wet sand on the warm beach, a hermit crab crawling about on one hand and the other involved with something on the sand. He looked down at the sand as he interacted with it, making sure the hermit crab didn't fall out of his other hand. He wondered why there didn't seem to be anyone else there. Taking his free hand from the sand, he "looked" at what he created and tilted his head, smiling slightly. He nodded once and placed the small crab down on his creation and it crawled on what looked like a huge and extremely intricate picture of scenery. There was a waterfall surrounded by several perfectly-drawn trees and a river in the middle. The waterfall had complicated patterns intertwined with the water currents and the river was smooth. The trees had leaves, their knarled yet beautiful trunks twisting around in zen patterns. The only thing that didn't look like it quite belonged was a small figure sitting on the bank of the perfect river. It was doubled over and hugging it's knees, looking melancholy in the peaceful masterpiece. James closed his eyes as he felt the salty, yet cool breeze on his handsome, mysterious face as he wondered how he got there. He remembered taking a boat of some sort, helping them out with the cargo before a storm brewed. It wiped away the crew and left him alone on a shard of ship with a single crate of bananas. He washed ashore and was on the beach ever since.

"Knowing our luck.. We're not the only fellows on this island. Let's search the beach and see if we can find any footprints. It's like a scavenger hunt! First one to find someone wins a.. Prize?" Joshua's face gleamed at the thought of a new game, as he and Mist began to sprint down the beach together, leaving Aria alone with a coconut. Aria quickly ate the coconut's fruit before the other team members noticed, before she quickly followed after them. Mist was in the lead, but he occasionally slowed down to let Joshua get ahead. Aria was way behind, and jogging. She didn't care about how fast she was going, she just wanted to see if she can find any new comers. So she jerked her head toward the wooded area, checking to see if anyone was watching her and her members. "Miss Aria! I found.. Someone!"Joshua yelled, about a hundred feet away from the alone man. Mist knew the scent easily and walked over to the man, with a friendly grin on his face. He sat down infront of James and stared blankly into his eyes. Joshua shyly crossed over to James, but waited about five feet away from him for Aria who eventually caught up to meet him. "Hello, James. How long have you been on the island?"

James gasped and looked up at Aria before giving her his mysterious smile. "Eh. I haven't been here that long," He said, looking ahead at Mist and reaching out both his hand to stroke Mist's large head. He wondered how long he WAS there, but he shrugged the thought off. "How about you and your little partay?" He asked, looking back down at Mist as he rubbed his face gently.((Is that power-playing? If it is, then tell me and I'll fix it. I HATE when people power-play, so PLEASE tell me if that is.)). He then glanced towards Joshua, his expression turning into one of slight surprise. "Is that...?" He asked, tilting his head at Joshua.

(( Sorry I don't know what power playing is. I do know what God modding is, where you are litterally god in the RP and no one can do a damn thing about it. o.o ))
Aria smiled, "We just got here." She threw her thumb behind her, "Our make-shift boat isn't too far from here." If Mist could purr he would be doing it right about now. He threw his smile up and leaned forward into Jame's rubbing..((I don't know what else to call it.. Brain fart. ><'' )) Joshua stared at James and tilted his head to the side. "Is that.. What?" Aria placed a hand on Joshua's head, smiling slightly.

((Power-playing is when you play your character AND someone else's character. Like, I play James, then I play how your character reacts. Like, with the James Mist thing, I put that James automatically rubbed Mist, and it occured to me that Mist might not like being rubbed. I dunno, it's a sub-concious thing I've got goin' on, and it makes me paranoid that I'm doing something wrong.))
With Mist leaning forward, James found it much easier to pet him. Still looking at Joshua lopsidedly, he racked his brain. "That's the kid that... You found, right?" He asked quietly, hoping that it was the same kid.

Aria nodded, "Yep, same kid. This is Joshua. Joshua, this is the man I helped back at the city, James. Do you remember?" Joshua nodded, and extended his hand to James, "It's.. Nice to meet you." He was nervous, hoping that James would grab his hand, even though he was blind. Mist on the other hand was wagging his tail, and nudging against Jame's hand, enjoying the massage.
((Oh, got it. Eh, I get that stuff too.. But I always think, "whatever. It's not going to kill me or the other person, unless there's a bomb that'll be triggered if I screw up somehow!' >_> ))

James punched the air in his mind. 'Yeah!' He yelled victoriously. He felt Joshua reach out his hand and met it in midair with one of his own, the other still occupying Mist. He took Joshua's hand firmly in his and shook it thrice, mustering up the confidence. "Nice to meet you too," He said in his soft voice. He felt Joshua's pulse and wondered if it was because of him. "So, what are you doing here?" He asked, letting go of Joshua's hand and placing it back on Mist's head.

"Relaxation, really. But then again, everywhere I go I'm usually always relaxing.. So really, I guess I'm just doing what I always do." Aria shrugged. Joshua gently set his arm back down to his side, and looked up at Aria with a smile on his face. Mist groaned happily, with his eyes closed. Mist moved a little closer, to where he was about two inches from Jame's face, still groaning happily.

Jet kept his eyes closed, "You know if you keep your face like that it'll stick."
"He's right." Dejime landed on Cloe's shoulder like a parrot, "I had my face scrunched up for a week after a trip to china town."

"JAMES!!" came a voice from behind them as Asylum swooped in from nowhere, hooking an arm around James's neck and leaning on him. He looked ridiculous--he was wearing typical tourist garb, complete with a loose t-shirt and swim trunks with Hawaiian flowers on them. "What's up?" he asked animatedly, tousling his friend's hair roughly.
