That the hell? I wasn't aware of any new possible spells.
Maybe it has something to do with the new skills that's
coming out soon seeing as the skill is F2P and the spell is low level.

Player Owned Castles would be epic.
Put in a moat, draw-brigde, maybe throw some archers in the towers.
Though, some POH already look like castles. xd

When i first saw it, i was like, is that a crown???

>.> but ya it could be a tower, for mage tower. or maybe the making an area south of fally, for a teleport there, seeing there no really good teleports to that area.
