It just depends on what you want to do. I'm going to assume you're 80 or close to it, but in case you're not listen to those above me.
If you're 80 and you want to DPS, go down into Feral and be a kitty. Gem and stack for Armor Penetration and you should be good to go. Moonkin DPS isn't what it used to be--anymore it's about meleeing the crap out of everything.
Healing isn't hard,
This is my Resto druid with a 14/0/57 Resto build. Only save your Healing Touch for use with Nature's Swiftness, gem for spellpower and spirit (I'm a bad druid and put an int gem as a placeholder to keep my meta), and gear for haste.
I don't know the Feral tank spec or the moonkin spec, but they're both boring and not that good from what I understand. Any other class can do those roles better than a druid can
