Nyx had, once again, ran away from the NyanMan's mansion in the middle of the night, while her overprotective parents and siblings were sleeping. She knew they wouldn't wake up and try to look for her. At least they never had before. She was along by the side of the lake quietly, the glow of the moon making the white kitten look almost ghostly. She stopped dead seeing a figure dancing, her heart pounding in here chest. It was a tiger like kitten, like Dracal but now that she had focused on the kitten she could see that they toyger was orange and most defiantly a female kitten, much larger than Nyx. She watched the other kitten dance with wonder until she had stopped. Then Nyx tentatively walked over to her, hoping the kitten was friendly. "Um...your dancing is very pretty miss." the tiny kitten said, her voice soft, high and fairly like.

The ghostly little kitten shook her head. "No you're not in my way. I just wanted to get away from my house." she said quietly. She liked being outside in the open and free to do what she pleased. She smiled at the much larger kitten. "I know a cat kind of like you! My big brother Dracal! Except he's white and not orange!" she said brightly, very curious about the new kitten. "Where did you learn to dance like that? I've never seen that style of dancing before!" she said excitedly. "I'm Nyx by the way." she added hastily, remembering that she hadn't intoduced herself yet.

Nyx looked at her oddly. "Really? Dracal is your big brother too?" she asked. She tried not to get cross at the other kitten. Dracal was her big brother not anyone elses. But she pushed it from her mind, smiling softly. "Yeah he does have a lot of friends here! I have lots of friends too. I'm sure you'll make lots of friends too." Nyx said brightly. "Wow belly dancing? I love dancing! I do ballet but I've never done belly dancing before!" she said, now excited.

Nyx smiled. "But he's propperly related to you. Like though blood. He's not related to me though blood. But I do need him though. He makes me feel unsick." she said softly. Dracal meant the world to her. Discovering that he had a legitimate sister, a blood one, made her feel slightly left out. "I'm quite happy to try and learn now! The sun hurts me so I can't go outside during the day much so that's why I like the night time, even if my mummy would get angry if she knew I had such out. I'd love to teach you how to do ballet! It's so much fun!" she said happily.

Nyx smiled. "Thank you Aranyani." she said kindly. "He really takes good care of me. He's a really good big brother. You're really lucky. I'm really lucky." she smiled. Nyx nodded. "I don't mind tell you. I have a seriously case of photo sensitivity which means the sun burns me and give me a horrible rash that can kill me. I also have a weak heart." she said quietly. "There's nothing I do about it though but try to make my heart stronger. So there's no point in complaining." said the tiny cat happily. "Ballet is lots of fun! I love it so much. It's one of the most important things in my life. It helps me get stronger. "Do you want me to teach you? I'm teaching Dracal!"

Nyx took Ayanyani's paws and shook her head. "I'm sure you know him just as well as you always have. After all he's family. And you're always close to your family. Even if you havn't seen each other in a long time.!" she said softly but determinedly. "I'm used to not going out in the sun anymore. I mean it's not fun sometimes because if kittens are playing then I have to ask them to move to the shade or I can't play either. But I'm getting used to it now. I mean I've lived with it all my life and once you do that you can learn how to deal with it, even if it's difficult." she said quietly. She would be strong, no matter how much effort it took. "Mama is going to kill me when she finds out though!" she added laughing. "There's a dance studio in the mansion, all the walls are covered with mirrors. We could practice in there if you'd like?"

Nyx smiled softly at Ara. "Thank you so much. I really, really appreciate this you know." she said but she then shook her head. "The medic thinks its permanent but I'm still too young to know for sure apparently. I think that depending on how everything goes I may get better eventually but they told me not to get my hopes up about it." she said in a matter of fact sort of voice. She didn't mind if she didn't get better really. Of course she hoped she would but she could live without the sun. "We could start tomorrow maybe? It will be loads of fun!" Nyx said, delighted that she had made a new friend.
