i received my mission call yesterday, so i plan on spending my last three months working my butt off, but i thought i would drop in and let you happy people know where i am going.
Edmonton Canada, speaking spanish. yes i know most people who get sent to missions in Canada speak French, but I'm going Spanish speaking.

actually, that doesn't surprise me. there are TONS of languages spoken in Canada, it all depends on the province. i have a friend from home who went to Canada on a Chinese-speaking mission. there's French, Spanish, Chinese, German, Russian, pretty much everything.
should be fun, so have fun!

eek My area used to be in that mission. Too bad it's not anymore. Edmonton's about 2 hours away from where I am... maybe you'll get transfered here.... that would be very odd. Congrats though!
And we do have a lot of spanish speaking people around here. In Calgary there's a spanish ward... who konws you could get transfered there.
