ORBITAl! I wish! but D'n'b is awesome, it keeps you moving fast, and makes you want to move faster! If that makes sense!?

Marty Nozz God, I remember about ten years back, everyone and their evil twim brother was working out to the Mortal Kombat soundtracks. NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Wash your mouth out with concentrated hydrochloric acid!! That reminds me when this kid at our club asked if we could train to his CD, we being the generous types that we are said of course. He'd been on the internet and downloaded what he thought were tunes but were infact polyphonic ringtones, needless to say they were extremely bad, the best tune on there was one of the mortal combat ones... Ah well he meant well 3nodding

I don't listen to music while working out because it distracts me too much from doing my exercises. I try to remain focused on the task at hand and thats enough to keep me going.

depends what I'm doing. If i'm doing muscle building stuff or working on my punching bag it's rock with a hard, steady beat if possible. IF it's kata I usually like it quiet.

If its just excercise I usually listen to something heavy (i.e Megadeth, pantera etc...). But if I'm practicing technique I don't like to have music on...

I was at the boxing gym I used to work out at. Julio was training some new people and running them through drills. He asked for the radio to be turned on for a beat. "Eye of the Tiger" blasted out from the boom box. Everyone nearly died laughing.
