Mizu looked around she had just come from meet a strange male that...liked to flirt it was wired usually males did give her the time of day to took advantage of her in the worst ways skipping the buttering up and going straight to the torture. It was almost night now and the slightly damp grass was to tempting not for her to lay out on. She looked up at the darkening sky as starts began to appear.
By now the ocean was almost out of Hero’s mind. He still thought about it, occasionally, in his flights of fancy, but he no longer felt the need to go there like he had before. A part of him even doubted such a place could exist. That wasn’t to say he was calling Amanzi a liar. Maybe it was just a made up story, and he remembered adding a lot of his own ideas to her tale, without even realizing it, so maybe he had the story all mixed up by now.
As the sun set his imagination turned toward the stars. He often wondered what they were, how they got there, and why they were called stars at all. The only way of reaching them, or at least the best way he could think of, was to climb a tall mountain and stand on the very top. Hero had seen big mountains before but never tried to climb them. It was a nice idea, but too impractical.
His nostrils flared, drawing in a luscious scent that lifted his ears and made his eyelids heavy. He smiled deviously. Oh how easily the mind wanders. He continued casually on his way, seeing no reason to rush as he followed the female’s scent.

She stretched out a little move before falling onto one of her side closing her eyes. She let out a pleased sigh. She had been away from her duties for awhile now and rather enjoyed the time off. Sure she should have been looking for a male she could at least stand long enough to fill her belly with cubs on orders from her king but why would she go and do anything like that? She then stretched out a little moved moving to roll on to her back looking up into the sky.
And there she was, a vibrant blue female lying out in the open, waiting for him. Hero licked his lips with an eager grin and sauntered over. He knew that taking things one step at a time was often the best way.
Sometimes Hero wondered if his father – his real father – had done the same thing when he was young. He tried not to think about it for too long. In his heart Hero knew it was irresponsible to sleep with a female for fun when she risked getting pregnant, but because he never stuck around to find out, and also because he enjoyed it so much, he never had any reason to worry about his own behavior. He had no idea that he was just what this female was looking for.
“Hello there!” Hero called friendly, not far from the female’s hill. He didn’t go up yet. “I see you’re stargazing.”

Mizu snapped into a sitting position as she looked over to the male she eyes him closely taking a deep breath reminding herself to stay calm. She then moved to lay out on her back once more. "Maybe." She called out to him. Yes that was good don't sound anxious and needed but don't sound not interested either! She reminded her self.
Was she playing hard to get? Hero smiled as he walked up the hill. He was roughly the average size for a rogue male, strong and lean from having to catch his own food all his life, a difficult way to live, except for the brief periods when he teamed up with other rogue males, but personal freedom was worth the price of an empty stomach.
“Mind if I join you? I like looking at the stars.”

"If you like." she said as she paws out to the starts stretching once more she couldn't get her limps to feel right. There where slightly numb and she didn't know if that was a good thing or not.
Sure she had spent most of the morning with the cubs and them meet a strange male she didn't like in the least bit. But now...now there was this male he seemed so much more different he looked sweet and caring enough to at least amuse her for the time being.
Hero positioned himself beside her and flopped into the grass. The grass felt good at this time of the evening, refreshing after a long, hot day. “My name’s Hero. What’s your’s?”

"Mizun." She said softly as she turned on her side facing him as she looked him over slowly. She didn't care if he noticed she was clearly checking him out either. Its not like he had a sign saying no one could look.
“Hey, what’s with the eyes? I thought you were stargazing,” Hero joked, picking up on her interest. It was a little bit strange. Usually females were more discreet about sizing him up. Not that he was offended.

She didn't say anything as she looked back to the sky. "Maybe I am...maybe I'm not." She said shrugging as she looked curiously to him.
“Hmm.” Hero smiled, tail flicking back and fourth in anticipation. He looked to the sky. “So, what do you think is up there?”
"Things we don't understand." She said as she looked to him curiously. "What do you think it is?" She asked curiously as she looked back to the sky.
