It's a music festival called "Download", I think the main thing is that they're artists that are all for the download of music. Maybe.

Whoa, I wondered why I couldn't see anything in this thread yesterday. This guy use to be on my friends list, he started dressing his avatar like mine and begged for me to send him stuff, so I ignored him.

Seriously, he got in trouble for taking a lot of gold from someone or something and kept begging me to buy him stuff and gift it to him since he couldn't use the marketplace, trade, or do anything that required a trading pass.
Edit: Here's a link where it appears he followed me into a thread and started questioning the admins about the situation.
