Ok heres the deal!
1. If using any dildos/vibrators or strapons try to have one each, however if not available both parties should always use a condom and be sure to use a freshy for either person! Also be sure to WASH all sex toys in very very hot water after use!
Try to select sex toys that are able to be sterilised or at least be able to come incontact with water! If using any toys that are unable to be sterilised please try to keep them for yourself only! Wearing latex gloves is a great idea just to be extra careful! Sex isnt something you dont take serious! Theres some nasty s**t going around and once you've got it thats it!
other low risk activities
masturbation (only touching yourself)
n****e and breast stimulation whilst not lactating
Erotic massage
cybersex lol
kissing
Vaginal or a**l contact using a Latex glove
2. Dental Dam (female condom)
This is a square shaped piece of latex or cling film, specificly designed to be placed over the womans v****a so that no vaginal fluid comes in contact with the persons mouth. Dental Dams are usually readily available however if not! Maybe for more of the younger girls that are sexually active but not yet out or whatever the case may be heres a safe trick!
It sounds funny but im telling you now if you want to shag my dear friends you have to be responsible!
OK grab yourself an ordinary every day latex glove and cut all four fingers off at the base leaving the thumb intact! Cut up the middle of the glove so that it folds out into a square shape, then proceed to cut the thumb in half aswell to fold out a section big enough to cover the c**t and hood of the v****a! Wash any powder there may be on the glove off and there you have it a homemade female condom that will be safe!
OPTION 2: Run to the pantry and steal the GLAD WRAP/CLING FILM whatever you americans want to call it and run back before mum comes looking for it to wrap up all lastnights leftovers! Ok so pull out enough to cover the v****a maybe a little extra just to be safe and double it over! Rip it off and there you go! Dont get busted by your mum or dad!
OK here are some STD's i would like to inform everybody of!
For those who already know please dont be a smart a** and say oh i already new that, cos im not interested! You would be suprised as to how many people just do not know!
Thrush is an overgrowth of yeast causing vaginal itching and soreness, often with a white discharge. It is possibly passed via sex between women, though oral sex is low risk.
Bacterial Vaginosis/BV or Gardnerella is an overgrowth of vaginal bacteria causing a smelly discharge, which lesbians often experience. There is a possible link with perfumed soaps and bath oils.
Genital Warts are painless bumps on the vulva, in the v****a, on the cervix or round the a**s. They can be passed through contact with the wart, for example touching, rubbing or sharing sex toys. It is unlikely non-genital warts, such as on hands, can be transferred to the genitals.
Trichomonas vaginalis (TV) gives a frothy, itchy vaginal discharge and is passed on by contact with the v****a only, for example, touching or sharing sex toys.
Herpes can cause painful sores on the inside of the vulva/v****a or a**s (these are genital herpes) or on the mouth (cold sores). Herpes can be passed on through contact with a sore, for example touching, fondling or sharing sex toys. Oral sex when a cold sore is present can also transmit the virus. It can be possible to have the herpes virus, be infectious and yet never have had any symptoms.
'Crabs'/Pubic Lice cling to pubic and other body hair causing itching and sometimes blood spots from bites. They are spread through naked body/skin contact.
Chlamydia/gonorrhoea are rare in lesbians but if they are present may be passed on through sharing sex toys or rubbing vulvas together. Often there are no symptoms, though there may be a discharge. The first sign of both infections may be pain in the pelvic region (pelvic inflammatory disease or PID). There is a risk of infertility for women who have had chlamydia, which has been untreated.
Syphilis is very infectious and close skin contact during sex can passed on.
Hepatitis B is a viral infection, which in its most infectious forms can easily be passed on in sex for example by touching or sharing sex toys. There are often no symptoms, though it can cause jaundice (yellow skin) or nausea.
Treatment is available for all the sexually transmitted infections mentioned above, often with antibiotics, and most can be cleared up quite rapidly. It is vital you seek help as soon as you notice any symptoms and that you do not have sex, which could pass on any infection until it, has been dealt with.
Girls please please please start getting SMEAR tests done once sexually active (i think its 2 years after any sexual activity) we should be having them done!
