The rules are you ban the avi above you for something they said or something that stands out on their avi. For example, the next avi below me could say, "You're banned for giving us instructions,'' and the avi after that could ban him/ her for banning me for giving instructions.
It's a never-ending game. Hope you guys wanna play!
