All time favorite is Gackpoid! He is a samirua, (Hope I spelt that right.) Not to mention his color is purple.
Hes best songs are Butterfly, Under the Darkness, and of course, Google it.

Luka Megurine is my favourite. I love her voice.These are my 3 favourites. I also like her singing Evanesence songs.Double LariatRIP=RELEASEToeto

My all time fav is either Meiko or Miku....
Meiko & Kaito's Cendrillon is freakin epic!
Yet Miku's "The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku" is the same amount of epicness....
My favorite song by Gackpoid is Dancing Samurai... It entertains me, along with Go Google It.
I've never heard Sweet Ann, I prefer to listen to the Japanese.
Luka Megurine is awesome, she sounds the most human to me. I love Toeto, Go Google It, and her voice in Kakome Kakome.
My fav UTAU is probably Teto Kasane {Well becuz shes the only one I really know of} her voice gets annoying at times but it's so cute!
{Yeah I'm just giving my opinion about all the Vocaloids at the moment..}
Rin Kagamine's Meltdown is epic.
Len Kagamine's Servent of Evil is depressing, which is why I like it.
Kaito's The Prince of Blue made me Lol.
Meiko's The Daughter of Vengeance entertained me....
The new Vocaloid 'Megumi' sounds awesome! She sounds more human than Luka....

Sweet Ann is Awesome.
She speaks English and Swedish. plus Japanese but it varies, on the person making her speak it. Japanese with Sweet Ann, can be good or bad.

Well... For me, the favorite among UTAU's [which I actually prefer because there is /so/ much more variety song wise] would be Soune Taya. IT doesn't have much out yet though. Soune is a hermaphrodite butler, and sings in either a very mechanical male voice or a very soft feminine voice seen in Melt Down sung by Taya-san. People speculate on the gender a lot, and most people believe that Taya is more of a he than a she.
As for Vocaloids... I love Kaito's music. His voice can be a little troublesome to listen to sometimes because to me it is /very/ mechanical and not at all humanistic sounding... However, I still love his songs like The Ogre and The Maiden and his version of Uninstall isn't to bad. Other than him I love a lot of the duets between Rin and Len, and Miku isn't bad... just a lot of her music is more... pop like? I guess that's what I think I'm trying to get at... My most favorites though? Things like Alice Human Sacrifice and Dark Woods Circus where it is all of the ones I'm very familiar with singing together... Albeit most of them are like horror songs and stuff, but they sound absolutely amazing. <3... Though Dark Woods Circus has very little Kaito-kun in it D:
Honestly, I don't listen to a lot of Megurine Luka or Gackpoid... They're both very attractive, but... I'm not to keen on their voices ._.

My fav would have to be Miku (cause that's probably the only one i listen to) i like all of the horror songs especially Kakome Kakome, even thought i haven't listened to all of them, yet.
I hate Kaito the most...i don't know...it's just something in him that i hate.
Oh yeah...What's an UTAU?

favorite Vocaloid is Rin.
Favorite UTAU is Kasane Teto and Haruka Nana.
i like them cuz they're the cutest of all.
