Laka a young male of few words where currently taking a rest in a nearby tree. He was a leopard afterall and slacking in a tree was not that bad at all. The leopard had an unusual coat he was bright purple with a mixture of blue. The purple he had got form his grandmother and the blue from his father.
Not much was going on in Laka's life at the moment but he tended to stay close to where he grow up. He just couldn't leave this place yet. Some of his sisters had left but his parents where still close by. Maybe it was silly to stay that long if you where a male leopard but he just couldn't help it.
Maybe if he would find something interesting to do maybe then he would leave but at the moment he had no plans to do so.

Yaretzi made her way lazilly through the sparse trees, smiling to herself lightly at the shade that they offered. The sun was high out in the sky now, and seemed to blaze hotter and stronger than it did most days. She let her tongue fall out of her mouth and hang there lazily.
After a few more minutes of walking she decided it was about time to stop and rest. She stretched out her body, extending it by half her normal length, she let out a yawn, exposing all of her sharp fangs and then she sat back, her normal size once more.
She decided suddenly, that it would be nice to lay in a tree, out of the dirt, and away from any small creature. She looked up and was about to leap when she notice a small purple and blotchy blue thing up in the tree. He looked like a cub, or was he an adolescent? It was so hard for her to tell these days, especially if the cat she was looking at wasn't a lion.
Yaretzi looked up at the child a few moment's longer, blinking once or twice with disinterest, before finally, addressing him. "Well, Hello there."

Laka got very surprised when someone said hallo. Was it for him? the young leopard looked down and spotted a yellow and black creature but he had no idea that the creature was. Since the only thing Laka ever met was leopard and hybrids. Laka looked down at the strange creature with his grey eyes..
" Umm hallo... "
He didn't know more what to say maybe it was rude of him to ask what she was? and then he didn't know if he should stay up there in the tree or come down. But the feline was a little bigger then him maybe it was safer to stay? but he had 6 sisters to protect if he would let himself get scared of meeting a bigger feline then how could he even protect them?
He sat up so that he would look a little bigger he was an adolescent after all.

Yaretzi couldn't help the smirk that appeared on her face as she looked up at the youth above her. He was absolutely adorable, trying to be all big and tough in front of the lioness. How cute!
She chuckled to herself silently, "My, my, my, what have we got here. A big scary Leopard. Should I be scared for my life?" She smiled wider, "Nah, you don't look like a mean one." She chuckled out loud now, cracking her neck and standing up on her back paws to look the kid in the eyes. "And what, if you don't mind me asking, is you're name big guy?" Her tail swayed idly behind her, back and forth lazilly. It was a hot day today, she didn't mind if she spent a few minutes or a few hours of that day in the relief that the shade had to offer. And if she had to spend that time with a child, what did that matter?

Laka didn't know if he should get insulted or not but he looked confused when the lioness called him big ironicly and then a child. He wasn't a child, it wasn't long now until he was going to be an adult as well just like her. Well he had figured out that this girl wasn't a leopard she had to be something else but since cheetah's where smaller she had to be a lion...
" My name is Laka.... "
He paused and looked down at her...it would probably be stupid to ask her if she was a lion or not but it was the first time he had met one.
" Excause me if i ask...are you a lion? "
He was never this talkactive either but something just made him want to talk.

"Nice to meet you Laka," She said returning to her sitting position, still looking up at him calmly. "My name is Yaretzi." She yawned from the summer heat, she heard her jaw crack in a few places as she did so. Her tail twitched and her left ear flicked when she heard him ask if she was a lion. "Well..." She started, not sure if he was joking or not. "Technically, I'm a lioness. But yes, I am a Lion.." She raised a questioning eyebrow at him, "Haven't you ever seen a lion before?"

Laka nodded towards her and looked at her feline body it was bigger then his and shaped a little bit diffrently but lions looked a lot like leopards or well atleast similar. He flicked his tail..
" Well a female lion i guess then...sorry for asking stupid questions and no i never met a lion before only leopards and hybrids "
That was the truth the only ones he had met had been his family and the majority was leopards and three of them a mix bewteen a lion and a leopard they where his grandmothers children so his uncles and aunt.

Yaretzi smiled up at the small child above her, she chuckled lightly, she'd always like children most, they were so much less arrogant than adults were. "Don't worry Laka, there's no such thing as a stupid question. In fact, How can you expect to learn if you don't ask questions?"
She layed down from her sitting position, one paw on top of the other. She kept her head held up though, as if she were surveying the area around her. Her ears twitched and her tail flipped from side to side. "Besides, if I didn't travel anywhere, I wouldn't know what a leopard looked like, now would I?"

Laka didn't like that this female treated him as a child he was no child. He bite his lower lip some before he figued that he could always jump down and show her that he was no cub.
" I might look small....but i am big "
Laka decided to jump down from the tree. With a gracious jump he landed right beside her he was not bigger then the lioness but still much bigger then a cub. He flicked his tail some before he sat down.
He didn't know what to say tough...Laka had never been the one that spoke that much he always let his sisters do that.

'Oh-ho!' She thought to herself, she'd remembered being like that when she was younger as well, not wanting those older than her to think she was a small child. Even if the only adult that had been around her growing up was her mother.
Yaretzi looked at him with an appraising glance when he jumped down from the branch to beside her. "Well would you look at that," She said, making her voice sound almost awed. "You're right." She shook her head, trying not to sound condescending or as if she were teasing the kid. "I'm sorry, I couldn't tell how big you were, it's a little hard when someone is up in a tree."
She looked at him with a half sort of smile.

Laka didn't know why he felt smaller when she said that but maybe lions where like this? he had never met anyone that was this cocky before.
" It's ok...i forgive you "
He gave her a smile atleast she admited he was big now that made him happy and he didn't have to feel he had lost some of his manlyness anymore. He glances at the lioness...leopards and lions didn't look that diffrent but she was built diffrent and she had that fluffy tail..
" So what are you doing here? "

Yaretzi smiled down at him, she had to admit, he was a cute kid~ She wondered if she'd ever have one like him. She chuckled to herself at that thought and looked out over the wide expanse of the grassy area surrounding them. The wind picked up slightly and Yaretzi couldn't help but become a little melodramatic.
"I'm just passing through~" she said, raising a paw and making a small waving motion (wave like the water, not the gesture). "Going from one place to the next, until I stop, and that will be my final destination." she smiled to herself. Not anymore than she was, but now, rather than a smile at her own expense, it was a smile thinking of what she was working towards. Her final destination was a bit more certain that the winds, she was heading for the demon pride. Not that she would tell this young Laka, he didn't need to know. And why burden him with the details?

Oh so she was just passing by...well this was his home but she was probably already aware of that. He wonderd if many lions traveld like this? he liked living at one spot tough he knew some of his sisters had wanderd of latley and he had not seen them for a while maybe they had found something new and interesting in life? well where ever they where he hoped that they where doing well.
" Oh ok...well i wish you luck on your journey me myself i like it here "
Even if Laka had never been anywhere else so far he didn't have any need to go somwhere else but maybe he would go out for exploring one day as well maybe when he reached adulthood.

(I'm so full of fail I'm ashamed of myself for this late post, but I geuss this will end the rp?)
Yaretzi looked up at the sky, it was starting to get dark, or rather, the sun was finally beginning to set. She sighed. She was going to be walking into the sunset, she hated doing that, it shined too bright into her eyes. She smiled at the young child next to her.
"What a sweet thing you are~" She commented, extending a paw to ruffle his fur. "I wish you luck with your own journey in life." She smiled, chuckling to herself as she shook out her fur, and began to walk away and into the sunset.
