Which do you prefer? For those who are unfamiliar with each....

CYBERPUNK
Cyberpunk is a science fiction genre noted for its focus on "high tech and low life". The name is a portmanteau of cybernetics and punk and was originally coined by Bruce Bethke as the title of his short story "Cyberpunk", published in 1983. It features advanced science, such as information technology and cybernetics, coupled with a degree of breakdown or radical change in the social order.
Some musicians and acts have been classified as cyberpunk due to their aesthetic style and musical content. Often dealing with dystopian visions of the future or biomechanical themes, some fit more squarely in the category than others. Most people would view a lot of industrial music as cyberpunk, as well as various Electronic body music acts.
More or less, Cyberpunk can be an umbrella term for other science based "punk" subgenres, but overall Cyberpunk alone is mostly considered a futuristic technological advance.

STEAMPUNK
Steampunk is a sub-genre of fantasy and speculative fiction that came into prominence in the 1980s and early 1990s. The term denotes works set in an era or world where steam power is still widely used—usually the 19th century, and often Victorian era England—but with prominent elements of either science fiction or fantasy, such as fictional technological inventions like those found in the works of H. G. Wells and Jules Verne, or real technological developments like the computer occurring at an earlier date. Other examples of steampunk contain alternate history-style presentations of "the path not taken" of such technology as dirigibles, analog computers, or digital mechanical computers (such as Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine); these frequently are presented in an idealized light, or with a presumption of functionality.

BIOPUNK
Biopunk is a synonym for biohacker, a term used to describe a hobbyist who experiments with DNA and other aspects of genetics. A biohacker is similar to a computer hacker who creates and modifies computer software or computer hardware as a hobby (i.e. "wetware hacker"), but should not be confused with a bioterrorist whose sole intent is the deliberate release of viruses, bacteria, or other germs used to cause illness or death in people, animals, or plants (in the same way a computer hacker should not be confused with the more popular yet erroneous use of the term, describing someone who spreads computer viruses or breaks into computers systems for malicious purposes.). Using a laptop computer, published gene sequence information, and mail-order synthetic DNA, some promoters and critics of biohacking argue that just about anyone has the potential to construct genes or entire genomes from scratch, although this has never occurred.
The biopunk movement is a small intellectual and cultural movement, which encompasses a growing number of scientists, artists and cultural critics who are organizing to create public awareness of how human genomic information, produced by bioinformatics, gets used and misused. On the basis of a presumed parallel between genetic and computational code, science journalist Annalee Newitz has called for open-sourcing of genomic databases. Biological Innovation for Open Society is an example of an open-source initiative in biotechnology aiming to apply open license for biological innovation.

NEUROPUNK
Neuropunk tends to acclimatise spliters of both biopunks and cyberpunks, especially with regards to the transhumanist movement - They consider the human mind to be the paramount of organic evolution and strive to manipulate and modify the human conciousness through medical, technical and metaphysical advancement. They attempt to probe and discover the mind's depths through the use of stimulating music, psychedelic drugs and scientific research into the brain. Having evolved from the hippy subculture and quickly become popular amongst university students especially, neuropunks often sport body modifications and are proponents of biomechanical research and integration in order to build a body worthy of holding their mind. The brain itself, however, is considered sacred, and whilst augmentation through meditation and chemical experimentation is popular, supplanting its percieved organic perfection with technology is frowned upon - You will not find anything inside the skull of a neuropunk that the body itself has not grown.

Overall you did a good job of summarizing the different catagories. I'd go more into the fashion aspect of what it Looks like because I wasn't a ble to imagine this as a fashion.
Aslo, your CyberPunk and StemPunk are kinda lacking in deatil.
Other than that, I was impressed by the info :]
