i've been training in parkour for about a few months, i dont even consider myself a parkourer(if thats the right word). I'm teaching people the basics (landing, rolling, having a strong core) and i just needed a workout plan so i could push myself more. I already run alot so stamina isn't the issue, i can do most vaults, landing, rolling, working on under bar's, Moon step(might be my best move), front flips, back flips(with aids) , cat n**, ect . So even with all this under my belt i still dont feel like i can call myself a parkourer*.

Im super sorry aswell i did ask for a workout plan and gave you my life story.
So if anyone could help me with a plan it'd would not go in vain.
