Home Ec Room
Chop chop chop chop.
There was only one person in the building so far. She was there earily as always.
HISSSSSS.
Steaming, frying, chopping, mixing. Aiza Morooka found herself busy in this room. She ignored everyone around her it seemed. Today she was making Yakatori, and hoping maybe one day the school would have a cooking competition so she could prove she was the best. She began to daydream about 'Diamond Chef of Japan' show, and at some point in her daydream she was elbowed by someone who had come in later on. Ai didn't really know this person, but she wasn't very pleased.
"They hell's the matter with you! You damn klutz! Outta my way!" She shoved the poor girl away from herself. "God you're horrible." She glared.
Ai went straight back to what she was doing. It wasn't class time yet and the teacher wasn't around.
"The hell you all staring at?" She glared up at some of the other students.

Leon Mori Yasogami High: Club building Leon felt pretty good as he headed towards the drama club room, it had been far to long since he had exercised his creative side. He raised his hand up to the door and took a deep breath before a wide grin covered his face as he threw the door open shouting, "What is a man!? A miserable little pile of secrets!" He seemed to scare everyone in the room except for Yumi who seemed to be the only one used to his entrances. He smiled at Yumi "Sorry I'm late."

Chie made her way to the drama room, being overly energetic after having to deal with class. She was concerned about the midnight channel, despite not watching it, and she hoped, no, KNEW they would be able to save whoever was kidnapped. For now, she just waited patiently for the others to arrive.

Making her way into the drama room, Rise gave it a quick glance-over before taking a seat on a desk.
"Hello Chie-chan, Teddie," she nodded at the two, and took a bite of an apple she had carried with her. The idol hadn't felt particularly hungry today, but she wasn't just going to skip lunch.

Chie noticed the usually energetic bear-outfit wearing friend of hers, move in looking like he was about to pass out. He musta been exausted. She then smiled, at Rise, who had walked in as well. "Hey Rise-chan." she called, using the same suffix. She looked at Teddie, feeling a tad bad for him, but turned away. "Any idea when Souji-kun's going to get here?" she asked, lightly. He seemed to be dragging his feet as well. Of course, he must have been tired and all, but she was feeling charged. Ready to jump into action.

 Soji Seta, Investigation Team Leader
It wasn't far behind Rise that the leader of the team made his way into the Club Room, closing the door securely behind them and moving to the far side of the room so that any normal conversation they had would be blocked out from the opposite side of the door. The reason they had come here was for a bit of privacy, which had been taken from them by the sudden boom in popularity of the roof as a lunchtime dining area. Didn't they realize that it was actually against school policy to go out onto the roof like that? Well, not that he had particularly heeded that rule himself, but it was a well-known policy for many Japanese High Schools that the roof was off-limits to students in order to prevent accidents and/or attempted suicides. Soji had nearly seen the latter happen last year, and knew distinctly the dangers that opening the roof to all the students could lead to. But...wait, why was he thinking about the roof anyway? The silverette shook his head a little, having let his thoughts get the best of him long enough. It was time for the meeting, and they would have to work with what they had in front of them, for now.
"All right," he began, his firm voice letting them know that the meeting had officially started, "how many of you saw the Midnight Channel last night?" He waited to see how many hands raised and affirmative responses he received before continuing on. "I'm not sure what it was, but there were definitely two of them, again. And there's no doubt they were trying to get to each other for some reason," he described, noting the way they were thrashing and continued to stretch themselves towards one another, "I can only assume they either were desperate to help one another, or desperate to fight one another. And...I have a guess which one it is." Usually the meetings were a bit more give and take than this one, but then again, the information they gathered was usually a group effort. In this case, though, he might have been the only person in the group who had met with and talked with one of the possible victims before their disappearance. And after hearing the rumors about Kazuma and Minori earlier, he had reasont o believe that they were, in fact, the victims. But first he'd run the idea by his team and see whether or not they agreed with him.
"You remember how we found Rednal inside the TV despite the fact that he never appeared clearly on the Midnight Channel? And that he had only been missing a day when we found him?" he began, going slow enough that each bit of information could click inside their heads. He wasn't sure they had enough time to go over it all twice, so he wanted to make sure they understood what he was getting at...that they connected the dots as he had. "Well, I think I have a lead on another kidnapping...and it fits the profile of the two figures on the television last night," the silverette told them, catching his breath for a moment as he set his bento beside him, "there's a rumor amongst the 3rd year's today that a brother and a sister who are very close to one another...Kazuma and Minori Koroko...have been ditching school more often than usual. Apparently, there are some other nasty things being said about Kazuma, and...I actually spoke with Minori on Saturday, while I was waiting for Rise. And she was worried about him. I could definitely see how close the two of them were." He drew out his speech a little longer, to let the pertinent information click just a little bit more. And then, taking a breath, he decided to wait and see if they could connect the dots.
If the figures on the television were doing what they appeared to be...and there were two of them...it was possible that the Koroko Siblings had been kidnapped last night, wasn't it?

Chie listened to her leader, taking in all of the information that had been presented. "Well, I didn't watch the midnight channel last night.." Chie started. "but, if it's like you say, I'd bet that the two of them might just be inside the T.V." She paused, as she went over the information. If so, then this might present a problem, but there was no way of knowing. "I mean, if rednal was an exception, what's to say that these two aren't?" she added, lightly. She was feeling a bit more talkative than ususal during these meetings, but it seemed to make sense to her. The way that it seemed both of them had been skipping, and how He had actually talked with her....

Teddie Yasogami High: Club building Teddie raised his hand "Teddie saw it." the blond said staring to wake himself up. "No mistake, there was definitely two of them, but. I was so tired by then i didn't see any more than that." He sounded disappointed. Why did he stay up so late watching anime after the festival?

 Soji Seta, Investigation Team Leader
"That's what I was thinking, Chie," Soji agreed with her assessment that if Rednal had been an exception, that it was possible that Kazuma and Minori had become an exception to the old rules as well. What was more disturbing than that, though, was that if the two of them had been thrown into the Television without a clear program...and if Ms. Kashiwagi had been thrown into the television as well...it meant that things were changing. For it to happen once was an accident, twice was coincidence, but three times made a trend, and that meant that the rules that they had based their investigations on prior to this were being rewritten by something, or someone. And it meant that the nature of the TV World was shifting. Shifting into what he wasn't sure, and he couldn't say the direction in which it was heading, either. It was unpredictable, much more so than it had been last year, and the less they knew about the dangers they were facing, the more dangerous it became. He needed to know as much about it as he could before he took his team in there, lest somebody be seriously injured on account of his own ignorance and haste. "If there are two victims, though, there's a chance we could be looking at an area in the TV World the likes of which we've never seen before...or more likely, two areas at once. Which means, between now and the time we go inside, we need to think about how we're going to approach this. If it's a new area, do we expand the team? Or if it's two areas, do we divide the teams and attack them both at once?"
He left the thought open-ended, wanting them to consider their options before he made his own suggestion. Was it better to attack them both at once, or was it better to take them one after the other? Of course, he would have preferred the latter, but they didn't know what sort of time frame they were on when it came to saving their victims this time. If the nature of the world was changing inside of the TV, then the schedule they had outside of the TV would also likely be changed. It was cause and effect...action and reaction. And could they afford to take their time and test the new time-frame, risking the lives of those who were stuck inside of the Television while they figured it out by trial-and-error? The answer, to Soji, was obvious...even if it sounded like the most risky. "Things are different this time than they were before, when we went into the TV," he explained calmly, though the serious expression on his face gave away the danger...the implications of what he was about to tell them, "we don't know how much time we have to save them once they are thrown in. So if they have been thrown in, we need to know as soon as possible...and we need to rescue them as soon as possible"
"And that's why..." he paused, looking around the room at all the team members. Yukiko had made her way into the meeting at one point, eating quietly and listening intently to his words. She knew just as well as anybody just how hard this decision must be for him...and just how much he was willing to risk to save the lives of the people placed in harm's way as a result of the shadows. And his clouded eyes told it all. "...I say we need to go into the TV after school today, at Junes, and find out if they are inside. And if Minori and Kazuma were kidnapped...we need to do whatever is necessary to rescue them today." Leaning back against a rack of props, he rested on the table and sighed. He didn't know how they would react to the suggestion that they make their exploration even more dangerous...but he had faith in how they would react to the idea that they couldn't ignore the dangers their classmates faced and leave them in an uncertain peril. He believed in his team...and it was only in that complete faith that he was able to say what he had said.

Chie paused for a bit, thinking. Either a huge world, or two seperate worlds? She hoped it would be the former, but if it was the latter.. "I Agree Chief." she called, proudly. "If they've been thrown in, We need to go save them, right away." She was charged. Another speed run through a dungeon? Sounded fun!! "Of course, if we've got to go to two areas, I think we should split the teams. But, if we do, then who's going to lead the other team?" Not that she was too worried, just merely out of curiosity. It seemed like a challenge, and she was so up for it. Since Souji was on board, she was as well.

 Soji Seta, Investigation Team Leader
"I was thinking..." Soji's response to Chie fell short when the former delinquent made his way into the Club Room, apologizing for his tardiness before asking what he had missed. The silverette resisted the urge to facepalm at having to go back through all the information he just dropped on the rest of them, but since it wouldn't do for only some of them to be prepared, he figured it was at least a good idea to recap for Kanji's sake. "In short, the Midnight Channel was on again last night, and we have reason to believe that there were two kidnappings last night...a brother and sister at this school named Minori and Kazuma Koroko," the leader explained, taking a moment to catch his breath before going on, "our plan, thus far, is to go into the TV World after school today to confirm our suspicions. And if we're right...we're going to try and get both of them out of the TV World as soon as possible." At the very least, that was the gist of what they had gone over thus far, without getting into the details of the changing of the TV World from the way it was, his fears about the potentially reduced amount of time they would need to bail out the newest victims, and why the Midnight Channel was only displaying blurred images now instead of whole ones. Besides, he wasn't sure that Kanji would be able to understand all of that, anyway.
"Does everyone understand, then? I want you to meet me at the Junes Electronics Department after school, then. We can talk to Rednal there, since he couldn't make it to the meeting, and once we've confirmed if...and how many...have been thrown into the TV, we can figure out the rest at that time," he summed up their current plan of action simply, hoping that everybody had the plan so far. To be honest, there was little more they could do between then and now to plan, except gathering the proper items and weapons, and other such necessities for battle. And of course, contacting those of the team who hadn't made it to the meeting. "If that's fine by you all, then let's eat," Soji declared finally, relaxing a bit now that the serious conversation was pretty much over, "Kanji, since you're skipping school, pick up some healing and status items from the Shiroku Store before you come. And pick up some light armor for Rednal at Daidara's, in case he decides to join us. And Chie...can you please contact Naoto and Yosuke and let them know the plan? Teddie, if you can stop at Rednal's classroom after school and do the same, since you know where he sits now, that would be a big help, too."
His orders finished and his bento cooling, Soji picked up the small box and his chopsticks and dug greedily into his twice-cooked, twice-cooled meal despite the potential digestive ramifications he could suffer later. For some reason, those types of things never bothered him when he was inside the TV World...and he was too hungry at the moment to really care, anyways. Food was food, right? And he had cooked it originally, so it couldn't have been too bad...
