She is somewhat sheltered and doesn't understand some of the casual citizen's experiences, but what she does know, she learned from a special someone. Bio: Once the founding member of the SEES Organization, Mitsuru fought alongside her friends both to protect her father [who eventually died in the fight against the shadows] and to defend the world against Nyx. Once the battle hand ended, she graduated from High School and took over as the new Head of the Kirijo Group, running the corporation and taking the occasional online class so that she could eventually graduate from college as well. With a schedule that is almost always full, it takes weeks, sometimes months for her to get around to tending to little problems these days, or to return the calls of her contacts who do not swear to have prominent information. This is why she is only now becoming aware of the 'disturbances' caused in Inaba by both the murders...and her own company's creation, Zeo Kirijo. Learning of Zeo's flamboyant spending of company funds and the trouble he has been causing, Mitsuru decides to use recovering him personally and investigating the incidents in Inaba on her own as an excuse to take a short leave from the company, leaving her trusted apprentice in charge in her stead. Her goals in the small town are clear, however...to find Zeo, burn his checkbook, hopefully return him to Port Island without a struggle, and...to find out if the Shadows are truly involved in the mysterious happenings in Inaba. Often times in the past, she has helped talk other SEES Members out of their own depressions, including Yukari and Junpei in particular Bio: Having joined SEES after a harrowing incident in which she became stuck in Tartarus as a result of bullying by fellow classmates, Fuuka grew into her own as a strong young woman and provided support for the team through their entire battle with Strega, the shadows, and eventually, Nyx herself. Following the incident she was able to return to the life of a normal school girl, but through interactions with the late Minato Arisato, she came to understand that she could be a normal girl and still do the things that she liked. Working with machinery, electronics, and building state of the art technology became more than just her hobby, but her passion during the club days in her Senior Year at Gekkoukan. Upon her graduation, she surprised everyone by passing on college to accept a position in the technical division of the Kirijo, and quickly earned prominence for her cutting edge work on electronics and machinery, making great strides in development for the Group. Within a year she had earned a reputation as one of the great young minds in the group, and became a personal extension of the Group's CEO Mitsuru Kirijo, who would go to her personally for any serious development task necessary. And because of their history together, Fuuka often accompanies her on her endeavors into more discreet matters, involving the shadows. Thus, she has been called in to support Mitsuru and the SEES Members in Inaba in their search for the truth about the incidents there. Bio: With the fall of the Dark Hour, the Abyss of Time, and the shadows, Aigis was left without a purpose in the world save the one that she gave to herself...to live. But when her reason for living passed away, she struggled to find the meaning in her own life, save to protect his memory and his legacy, living her life for him. After graduating from Gekkoukan High School, her grades proved to be too poor to enter college [similar to Junpei], but with her colorful history and a complete knowledge of her skills and potential, she was taken into the R&D Division of Kirijo to assist with maintenance, and act as a study piece for the development of robotics technology. And with her as the blueprint, a series of Anti-Shadow Weapons similar to her, but with practical purposes as well and distinct personalities, were created [including the colorful Zeo Kirijo]. Rarely, however, has her assistance been needed, and she has yet to actually encounter the shadows themselves since the Abyss incident. Personality: Popular due to her cheery disposition and good looks, Yukari doesn't let people close to her very easily. Very troubled by the loss of Minato Arisato, she was able to accept it after the Abyss incident, but remains in pain. She is still very loyal and caring towards her friends, but is quick to snap when someone insults her or says something tactless, like Junpei. Bio: A former member of the SEES Organization who fought for her father's memory and to rid the world of the shadows that he released [despite it being for the good of mankind], she bore witness to the sacrifice of Minato Arisato, and perhaps next to Aigis, took it the hardest of the entire group. Having finally found someone she could get close to and relate with, losing him drove her into workaholic tendencies, which were only partially cured by the Abyss of Time incident. Afterward, she was able to accept his death, his sacrifice, and that he did what he had to do for humanity. The pain that lingered thereafter, however, did not fade as easily over time. And when reports of incidents with shadows in other places began to surface, and Mitsuru called to bring her into the Kirijo Group to fight against them, she was the only former member of the team who declined to join. To Yukari, her part was over...and if the shadows that he had given his life to stop were returning, it only invalidated parts of his sacrifice...disheartening her more. So instead of continuing her involvement with Kirijo and the shadows, Yukari went to college, a prestigious university where she began to study fashion and public relations. Having heard that a former friend of Minato's from Gekkoukan had begun a very successful fashion company in France and now Japan, she began to work with the goal of graduating and entering into the fold of 'Bebe's' fashion conglomerate where a job waited for her after school. Mid-way through her first year of college, however, the reports of mysterious incidents began to increase...remaining prominent in the news about a small town called Inaba...with only a short dead spot in the coverage towards the beginning of her second year. Convinced, somehow, that these incidents might...no, most likely had something to do with the shadows, she suddenly felt her old responsibilities tugging at her heartstrings. If the shadows were still out there, could she really just ignore them? Would he ignore them? And didn't she owe it to him to protect his sacrifice, no matter how hard it might have been for her? Disturbed, confused, and conflicted, Yukari served notice to her university that she would be taking a semester off in order to collect her thoughts and deal with 'personal issues'. With a free pass from the University for at least that long, but no set plan, Yukari contacted Mitsuru and let her know that she would be heading to stay at the Dormitory Compound in Inaba, but promised nothing with regards to continuing the fight. Personality: Intelligent, mature, and a bit precocious, Ken is far different from your average middle school student. He is somewhat sly and fond of using subtle persuasion to get what he wants. But in the end, he is honest and kind, if not a bit wounded by a troubled past. Bio: A former member of SEES, Ken initially joined so that he could find and kill the person who took his mother's life. After being saved by that person and urged to live his life for his mother's sake...not for the impetus of revenge, he watched as that person died. Afterward, he eventually rejoined SEES and was witness to Minato's sacrifice, and later fought to protect it in respect for him during the Abyss of Time incident. Shortly after that incident, Ken found himself at an impasse...tired of staying in homes and living on his own, but with SEES's duties finished, his future became uncertain...until fellow SEES member Akihiko Sanada, someone he had always looked up to, agreed to take him in after he graduated the Police Academy. So it was that Ken moved in with Akihiko, living and training with him in Port Island and attending schools paid for by the Kirijo, until the day that Akihiko announced his transfer to Inaba. Being forced to remain behind at first, Ken eventually forced Akihiko to allow him to move to Inaba with him [when initially Akihiko had wanted him to remain behind and not get involved with the shadows again] by withdrawing from his Port Island middle school on his own and contacting the Inaba Middle School to let them know he was coming. Finally accepting the inevitable, Akihiko agreed to let Ken [and Koromaru] move in with him once the Dormitory Complex was complete in Inaba...where Ken will soon be joining his friends both in residence, and hopefully, in their investigation. Personality: Laid back, excitable, and energetic when times call for it, Junpei is your average, everyday guy. Surprisingly contemplative beneath his clownish exterior, his share of bad experiences has hardened him and helped him become wise to the world. Still, his strong will has kept him from losing touch with himself...and he still presses forward into the future that has been given to him by Chidori and Minato. Bio: A former member of the SEES Organization, after high school Junpei became motivated and decided to enter college, despite much speculation that he hadn't the grades in HS to do so. In spite of that, he wanted to honor the sacrifices that Chidori and Minato had made for him and press forward with his life...doing something truly worthwhile with his own. Unfortunately, he had taken a bit too long to get serious, and failed both his first and second attempts to enter college [by an increasingly smaller margin], effectively becoming a 'ronin'. Still needing money to support himself and continue his ambitions, he was relieved when Mitsuru offered him a construction job on Kirijo projects, working with a team of capable men to put up Kirijo buildings and sites across Japan for a very sizable sum of cash. The work was rewarding both financially and physically, however, and through the last couple of years, Junpei has matured into an impressive young man. Losing much of his childish nature, he still remains a fun-loving and excitable person who cherishes his friends and the world around him. Upon learning that the SEES members were going to Inaba to investigate, he couldn't help but feel left out at not being on the inside of the loop. Reasoning that Mitsuru had her own reasons for not inviting him, he accepted the job to work for her in Inaba on construction and began living at the dorm, waiting for the team to bring him back into the fold...swearing that even if they don't, he will watch over them. Particularly Fuuka, whom he knows has misgivings about keeping him on the outside...
