This is the office of the captian of Squad 5. It is a fairly large room with not much in it. There is a desk at the far end of the room with two large wooden filing cabinets to the left and right of the desk. On the right of the door there is a wooden stand that hold three training Zanpakutos. On the wall to the right of the desk there is a ceremonial Katana and just below the sword a scroll that has wirting that can barely be deciphered. In the middle of the room there a two leather chair for visitors. On the door there is a sign that says knock first.

:Balancing two cups of steaming green tea on a tray on her left hand, Suri stepped slowly up to the door of Captain Yamoto's office. Her socks and woven bamboo sandals made no noise on the floor - evasion and covert was one of her specialties - but that was only because she was used to walking silently. There was no reason for her to hide her visit this time.
Since Captain Nagi had left, Suri had been anxious for the new Captain to arrive, and it assuaged her fears since Yamoto had been promoted. Though she had rarely spoken to him before, she knew Captain Yamoto to be a skilled and able trainer in kido, and also an adept user himself. She felt it was only proper for her to greet him as he moved into his new office.
Knocking lightly on the strong doors, Suri called out, in a tone barely loud enough to carry through, "Captain Yamoto, it is Suri.":

Yamoto looked up from his desk as he heard the name. "You can come in." Yamoto was actually a little nervous in meeting his vice captain. He had decided to keep her as vice captain because she was so famirly to the squad he was now in charge off.
In reality he had little to formal time with Suri before hand. There was the occasional time were they would be training people in the way of kido, but other than that they had rarely met. I hope she likes me, it would be the death of the squad if the vice captain and captain did not get along

:Hearing the voice calling back, Suri used her right hand to twist the knob, pushing the door inwards to the study. Captain Yamoto kept his area less cluttered than Captain Nagi had - at least at the moment, and better lighted, but Suri rarely judged characters based off of those alone. As different as Captain Yamoto's personality might be, she was certain he would still prove to be an able and well-minded Captain. In truth, she herself was a bit nervous meeting a new higher up since she was used to thinking of him on par with herself. Even then though, she had always know him to be more skilled and senior to her in the Gotei 13.
"I brought some of my special green tea if you would like, sir," Suri spoke softly, placing the tray on Yamoto's desk where it would least obstruct his work. "I grew the leaves in a small garden I have by my office and dried them - they should be old enough to create a strong taste, and young enough that the scent remains."
Taking a small step back, she waited for Captain Yamoto to choose one first or refuse before she picked up a ceramic mug. As she paused breath, Suri realized that she had forgotten to say the most important piece that she originally meant to be there for, so she added hastily, "And congratulations on your promotion sir, I have heard much about your abilities with kido and I am sure you will make an outstanding Captain for this squad.":

Yamoto looked at Suri for a moment. She seemed nervous and it made Yamoto feel nervous as well. He picked up the tea on the left side and took a sip. The tea had a rare flavor that can only come from homemade tea. Yamoto set the cup down on his desk and looked at Suri again. "Thank you Suri, I'd hope that the transition would have be a little longer, but seeing as we have just retaken our home, the higher up thought it would be better if all the squad were up and running." Yamoto leaned back in his chair slightly. Suri's words were reassuring that is for sure, but he wasn't sure were to begin. "My skills are a nothing compared to Nagi's, he was a true genius when it came to kido." Yamoto gave a quick laugh as he tried to lighten up the mood.

:Suri gave one of the small smiles, characteristic of her demure personality, before picking up the other mug and taking a sip herself, careful not to let the hot liquid scald her tongue or throat on the way down. Captain Yamoto's laugh had been unnecessary - a giveaway at how nervous he was, possibly about being a Captain; or having to step in Captain Nagi's shoes, or having to start-up the squad so soon; Suri could not tell out of the possibilities. Either way, it was enough to make her relax a bit since it showed that, for all he was a Captain, he was still a regular shinigami with emotions. There had been past Captains who she had wondered if they were not only overly powerful, sometimes benevolent, demons.
"I am sure that you will prove to be a masterful Captain. Were I you, I would not spend too long worrying about how to use kido like Captain Nagi. Reiatsu always had its own distinct mark, or so I have found, and I am sure your reiatsu resonates almost in perfect unison with yourself, or you would not be sitting behind that desk now," Suri wondered if she sounded condescending, but the words were already out of her mouth.
"Foolish," she thought to herself. "He has trained in kido for far longer than I ever have, I do not need to lecture him as if he is still a student at the academy."
Aloud, she murmured, "Forgive me for my impudence. I had not seen Captain Nagi for so long that I was used to speaking to students." Cheering up a little, Suri continued, "I hope you find the squad a warm and welcoming place. There are still a few arrancar who lurk around, but I am certain we can retake the squad from them easily. If you ever need anything, a small painting or potted plant for your office perhaps, or another instructor for kido, feel free to ask me sir. I wish to be of any help possible."
Her face darkened a bit at the end, and small part of her thought to herself, "for as long as I can." It had been recently, ever since the arrancars' presence appeared around the squad, that she been getting recurrent nightmares. In her dreams, her face had been covered in a bone mask, and she had laughed a spine-chilling, malevolent sound, as human corpses stacked up beneath her feet. Suri shuddered at the thought, hoping she could find a vizard on Earth in time to discern the nightmares before they consumed her.:

Kiisho walked calmly along the edge of the building adjacent to his new captains office, pondering what he was about to do. Taking a deep breath, he decided, and began moving towards the door, resolve clear on his face. When he reached the door to the captains office, he took a moment to ready himself and then knocked lightly.

Yamoto gave a concerned look to Suri, but before he could talk to her the someone knocked on the door. "Come in please." Yamoto leaned back in his chair and breathed in to relax himself. His stress level had nearly tripled since becoming a captain and he knew that stress is one of the major downfalls in combat.

Kiisho softly opened the door and slipped into the room, immediately taking note of the captain and bowing his head curtly before kneeling. "Yamoto-san, I am Hayashi Kiisho, new recruit to the fifth squad, I was hoping to have a moment of your time." He glanced up and took note of the other person in the room, presumably the lieutenant by her appearance. "Unless you are to busy, of course."

Yamoto smiled at his new subordinate. "No it is fine, what is on your mind?" Yamoto took another sip of his tea that Suri had made him. He noticed that the boy was kneeling. "You know it would best if you could stand up. The fanfair of being a captain gets old after a while."

Kiisho nodded curtly and stood, bringing his eyes up to meet Yamoto's. "Forgive the abruptness of this request, as well as the slightly-impudent nature of the act, but I felt as if it would be best to inform you of this particular plethora of.. skills.. that I have." He cleared his throat and reached into a small pouch at his side, appearing to play with something for a moment before drawing out a white, semi-translucent stone with a blue kanji inscribed on the front. "This is a rune-stone, which you may or not know about. It has the ability to store a set amount of kidou tailored for a specific purpose. In short, if the user of said kidou has knowledge of what he or she is doing, they can store a spell within one of these stones, and then use it at a later time. Sadly the rune-stones I have at the moment cannot hold very much reiatsu, so the kidou contained within can currently only be used at roughly three quarters power, but I thought you might be able to find a use for these trinkets." Kiisho bowed his head slightly again, then raised it to normal height.

Yamoto looked at the runes a with awe and a hint of perplexity. "Kiisoh mind if I hold on to these for a while" Yamoto looked at his subordinate with happy look. The ruins could be used to store kido spells making it easier on the user reiatsu flow, but Yamoto had another idea in mind.

"Thank Kiisho, now if you would please excuse me I have some work to do. You are free to roam around the squad, but I prefer the kido training are to be left alone until I have made all the preperations." Yamoto took the bag full of ruins and placed them in one of the cabinets behind him. Ther cabinet opened slightly to much revealing a black candle. Yamoto quickly shut the cabinet before it could be opened further.

Kiisho blinked slightly at the presence of the black candle, but quickly put it from his mind. "Of course Yamoto-san" He paused for a moment, "Would it be alright to utilize my kidou during a sparing match?"
