I think I've mentioned this in this guild before but I've had no access to my main account which is not this one in a while, it's been about 2 weeks since I couldn't log in.
It's so strange, I had no problems using Gaia on the account the day before I couldn't log in. It was quite sudden and quite strange, the first time I tried to log in it said I hadn't entered a password even though I did, and then it said that the user doesn't exist.
I've already contacted Gaia through the feedback thing, but yeh, haven't heard from them at all. I had PMed a couple of mods, they looked into it and got back to me reasonably quickly but in the end they referred me to the feedback form which I had initially filled in.
I'm just a bit sad that I could possibly lose my username as well as all the items I had on it, which would be near impossible to buy again, as the majority were Monthly Collectibles which I had collected since early 2005. I don't think I've been banned because for one thing haven't done anything against TOS and it didn't say my account was blocked. But obviously something is wrong with the account, I mean for all I know it could've been hacked. sad
Thing post turned out a lot longer than I thought...sorry!

I would recommend checking your emails outside of Gaia. Something happened to me one time where I had to confirm my account through my email address. After that it was fine.

I regularly check the email that my main is attached to. So I don't think that's the problem. It hope it works out as well...Thanks for the support.

The Dreaming Cow Well, Gaia finally got back to me after almost 3 weeks of no news, however all they suggested was to clear my cache...which I did and the same thing still happens... Have you tried diff browsers? I am at a loss of what to do to help you. gonk

Wow, it's been ages since I've been able to access my other account....this situation with Gaia is really pushing the limits of my patience...if that makes sense.
