Elisabetta was enjoying the sunny day to the fullest. Dressed in her new sundress, she was toddling from large plastic slide to the next. Her bare feet squished in the freshly rained on mulch, effectively ruining all attempts that her mother had had at trying to keep her clean.
Gabrielle leaned back on her swing, sighing before a yawn took over. She was tired. Completely exhausted, to be accurate. The office had been booming with activity over the last month with the start of school so close and as if that wasn't enough to stress her out, a spawn of Dilgence would be enough to push her over the edge.
The toddler hadn't shut up until her gaurdian drove her down to the public park, though it was emptied out because of last night's rain. Looking lazily over at her ward, she groaned. Dark smudges were tossed willy-nilly all over the dress and Elisa was currently trying to burrow her way under the slide.
"What are you doing?" Gabrielle drawled, crossing her arms over her thin waist. She stood, the heels over her leather boots sinking into the muck with a squish. A chilled wince was followed by an irritated sigh.
"Ders a fwoggie under here." Of course there is, Gabrielle thought, walking over to the youngin'. The toddler's tentacles were working over time to push the sloshy mulch out of her way while the child kept nudging her way under. Calmly, she placed her hands on either side of the girl's hips and drug her out of the hole.
"Momma, no!" She cried, struggling to get out of her gaurdian's grasp. "I want da fwoggie! He was right der, right der!"

Seeing as the park was near their house, Bovi was heading there by himself. After all, his mim was working anyway. He had to entertain himself someway, and he knew the park wouldn't be busy with it raining recently.
When he got there, he saw a lady dragging a small girl away from under the slide with the kid claiming about wanting a frog that was where she was digging. Being the ever curious fellow that he was, he peered under the slide on the other side, only to have his face assulted by a slimey green blob.
"Ack!" he exclaimed as the frog tried to find footing on his face before failing and falling and hopping away as fast as it could before the giant with the tenticles came after it again.
Bovi attempted to wipe the slime off his face. "Yuck..."

"Fwoggie!" Elisabetta called out, holding her hands out at the disappearing amphibian with a little pout reforming on her face. She struggled in Gabrielle's arms to give chase, but her gaurdian's grip was firm.
"Young man, are you alright?" Holding the anxious spawn close to her chest, Gabrielle bent down to inspect him. Seeing that he was trying to clean himself off, she sat Elisabetta down on her knee and pulling a hankerchief out of her inside coat pocket. "Here you are. I am some germ spray with me as well, if you'd like to put some on the this before you apply it." She nodded to the cloth.
By this time, Elisa had given up on her frog-friend and turned her attention to the new kid....and his entrancing hair. "Poiple, poiple! " Her chubby little hands extended into the air, reaching out for it while her tongue hung out the right side of her mouth, poking past her fangs.

Bovi took the cloth and shook his head.
"I don't need the spray stuff, but thanks. I just want this slimy feeling off my face..." he said before using both hands to scrub the cloth against his skin, removing the slimy residue. After he was finished, he smiled at the older lady.
"Thanks a bunch ma'am," he said, handing her the cloth back in such a way that when she grabbed it it wouldn't soil her hands with the gunk he had rubbed off.
Looking at the young lassie, he giggled and put his braid it his hand, using the very tip of his hair to tickle her feet. "Yup, I'm very poipley~" he chimed.

Gabrielle nodded and moved around so that she was sitting on the end of the slide. She was sitting so as not to get her bum wet by the pool of water collecting so close, but comfortable enough with all of Elisa's squirming. "Thats what you get for putting your face where it didn't belong." Even though the statement could have burned, her smile was enough to make it joking.
She took the cloth back, mentally thanking him for being so polite. It was so hard to find boys his age that would even so much as consider an inconveince to another person. Gabrielle liked him already. Noticing other interesting aspects about him, she found herself curious. "Excuse me, but are you from Seven of Seven as well?"
As it turned out, Elisabetta as well. She was giggling and kicking her feet, tossing and turning in Gabrielle's arms to escape his braid of wrath. "No, no!" Covering her face in her hands, the toddler kicked like a motor boat before laughing again.

Bovi was amusing himself with tickling the young female, but stopped when the older lady asked him a question, to which he smiled a bright smile at her.
"Yup," he chirped. "I'm from there. Oh! Sorry, I didn't 'troduce myself... My name's Bovidae, but you can call me Bovi. Thanks again for the kerchif," he said, holding out his hand, though he wondered if the child she was holding would break loose if the woman let even one arm off.
"I guess you've heard of the place then?" he inquired, looking Elisa and making a goofy face at her to see if she'd giggle.

Elisabetta escaped Gabrielle's arms and hid behind her care tacker. The toddler used her mother's thick veil of white-blonde hair to secretly spy on the boy. Giggling shook the curls.
Crossing her arms over her now empty lap, the optometrist tried to keep a normal face even as exasperation threatened to pop through. Children had never been her area of expertise. In fact, given the choice, she would have never had one. She'd decided when she was very young that she would take every course possible to keep her body from delivering a demon spawn and still, though not of her own blood, one came to her.
Elisabetta sneezed and she was sure it went all over her five-hundred dollar jacket. Love could only go so far. "Your a very nice young man, Bovi. Not many would stick their face under a slide to get a frog for a child they've never met. My name is Gabrielle Thorne and this-" she motioned to the moving blob behind her hair, "-is Elisabetta. The girl must have seen the face he was making because she burst out into a fit full of giggles, leaning on her mother's back for support.
"She's originates from there as well and seeing as I haven't had the chance to talk to any spawn, I thought I might ask you some questions should you be willing to answer them."

"Thank you Miss Thorn," he said with a smile. He loved it when adults commented on how well behaved he could be, which was one of the reasons why he was always so well behaved. Doting was a better type of attention then yelling.
He wanted to chase the younger one, but desided against it as she was entangled in her mother's hair, and by the looks of Miss Thorn's face, that being yanked at or tangled was the last thing she needed. So instead he looked to the older lady once more.
"Sure, I'll try by best to answer any questions that you have, but I only have so much that I know..." he said, poking his index fingers together awkardly.

"Oh, their very simple, actually." Gabrielle nodded, doing her best to reassure the boy. "I just want to know what I have to watch out for. They didn't give me a very good run down when I received her. My question to you, seeing as your an older version who has experienced this, is how happy are you?" She looked at him sternly, the wind whipping her hair around in the spots where Elisabetta's hands weren't clinging. "Were you ever moody? Unsatisfied? Tormented, I dare say?"
Elisabetta loved water. She turned away from the funny purple haired boy and looked underneath the swings where great pools had collected. Slyly, she turned back to see them both in deep conversation and slid off the other side of the slid as quietly as possible. Her toes dug into the muck. She squeeled, but covered her mouth up quickly with her hands before running for the water.

"Tormented..." he said, thinking about the word before giving his head a disatisfied shake.
"No, I've been good," he said finally. "Though, honestly, that doesn't mean much. I know at least one kid around my age that is very innerly tormented, whether he want to admit to it or not..." He paused, thinking of Aludra. Yeah, now that fellow was definately on the tormented train.
"I guess it all depends on the kid, and how much each part of their DNA has affected them," he said finally with a nod before craning his neck around Miss thorn at the sound of a shortened shriek to see the smaller one making a mad dash for what he assumed was the collective pool of water had collected under the swings. He laughed and looked back to the nice lady that was her mom of sorts.
"She seems to be an energetic one. Let me guess, Diligence?"
