ok here's my question if her demon cat name is spell Kirara than why in the t.v. show they say Kilala?

they are not saying kilala that are saying how it is spelled kirara they just say it fast and it sounds like kilala

The "R" in Japanese can either represent, "L" or "R" depending context. Generally, it's rolled in such a way, that it's between and "L" and "R," and it's difficult to pronounce. So they decided to write it as Kilala, which is technically acceptable.
I hope my explination makes sense.
