I'm planning a garden party, but half of my friends enjoy the atomic scene while the other half enjoy victoriana and steampunk, i've been at something of a loss over what to do. additionally, I need help planning activities aside from cards and sewing. The menu seems to be slightly lacking as well and I find myself wondering if I should bring something more substantial than tea, sandwhiches, and cakes.
-thank you for your help

I true victorian garden party was not complete without batmitton or corquet. As far as food. You would be amazed what they considered allowable. Right down to Lobster patties, sllyabubs. For ideas check out some historical romamnce authors like Georgette Heyers for ideas.
