These Holodecks will be used for both the Starship as well as during your time at the Academy. You may use it however you like as long as it does not break the Guild Rules or Gaia's TOS rules. Also, as to differentiate from when we are using the Holodecks at the Academy vs. when they are used for the Ship, please put an "S" (Starship) or and "A" (Academy) in the subject line.
For example: "A: Combat Program Alpha-One"
