{Do not post here unless you're a nomad, Guardsman, or otherwise someone else not beating down the door to Fefga's mansion. I sense a battle coming... it shall be here.}
Sue, the Nomad Trooper had long exited the diner after the Heroes left in quite a hurry. What was their hurry anyhow? Did they really have a place to be that badly? She'd never seen anyone leave with such urgency.

But who cares? Me and Andre are riding together again... that's all that counts. But where to go? Right! Look for Rei!

She noticed quite a congregation going towards Fefga's... what was going on?

Of course from her distance, it was a long way off. This entire path of cobblestones stretched at least a mile long.

With food long ago finished, Alihi and her young daughter had decided to stay put, just relaxing on the bench where they had been sitting for the past while. Besides, it was still nice out and the two really had no reason to leave yet. With so many people heading towards the manor, though... Alihi couldn't help but wonder why they were heading up there. It wasn't just one or two, either! It was at least nine people, if not more!

Alihi shook her head slowly, watching Amara sit herself on the ground, playing with Straw the horse, Berry the bear, and Cherry the bunny. The tactician smiled, readjusting the pink crown on her head. The little girl really was adorable...

Almost too adorable for her own good. Carefully, she brushed some strands of brown hair out of face, tucking them behind her ear. She let out a small, content sigh.
This festival... has been absolutely amazing. The tactician let her eyes wander a bit, looking up and down and around the area.

It was at that point where she spotted the nomad trooper, Sue. Alihi smiled slightly, waving to her friend.

Sue noticed Alihi, and returned the wave. It had been a while since the Nomad Trooper seen her tactician friend, and so she thought she'd decide to stop her travels for a while and catch up. "How've you been, Alihi? And... is that little Amara I see too? Hello."

Valter was enjoying the feel of the wind as it blew past all of the parts of his body that weren't concealed under his dull blue armor. No matter how often he flew, he never seemed to tire of the feeling. Just sitting there, watching everything unfold below. Silently observing... Yes, this was the reason he became a wyvern knight in the first place. Because even he, vigorous as he was, needed a break once in a while.

The wyvern and his knight were passing by the ground at a leisurely rate. They had nowhere to go. Out of pure boredom, Kain decided to fly low enough to skim his claws over the tops of the trees. Valter never understood why, but it was one of Kain's favorite things to do while flying. Personally, he just liked to sit back and enjoy the ride. When he wasn't swinging his lance around like one possessed, that is.

After a few minutes of flying, the pair reached a road. Without any prompting by his rider, Kain decided to fly along the cobblestoned pathway. It didn't take long after that for Valter to see a familiar face. The wyvern knight grinned, and his mount knew from years of bonding with his rider that he wanted to talk to his friend. The two slowly descended, landing next to the nomad.

"It's good to see you again, Sue!" Valter exclaimed as he hopped off his trusted mount. Then he noticed Alihi not far off, flashing her a smile. Turning back to Sue, he simply asked: "So, what brings you out here?"

Sue, after greeting Alihi, also turned to greet Valter. "Why, it's been a while, Valter... I'm fine. However, Father... I'm still searching for him. He hasn't seemed to turn up yet..."

"Oh... that's too bad. I'm sure he'll turn up, though," Valter replied, the news somewhat dimming the happiness left over from his most recent flight. "Would you like some help looking for him?" He asked, feeling the urge to help out in any way possible.

Amara looked up from her stuffed animals, hearing a familiar voice. She let out a gasp and grinned widely. "Sue!! It's you!" She giggled at her almost rhyme, abandoning her toys to run up to Sue. "Hi!!" She twirled around on one foot in one complete circle and then stopped and pointed at Valter. "Hi!! I'm Amara!" She introduced herself cheerfully.

Alihi smiled, walking over to where Sue and Valter were. "I've been alright. Just watching the little one here grow up..." She chuckled, patting Amara's head gently with one hand. "It's rather amazing, actually. She's growing up quite fast... It's quite terrifying! I mean, one day she actually woke my brother and myself up and presented us with breakfast! Sure, it was just bread, cheese, grapes, and juice, but still...!" The tactician sighed lightly, looking at both Sue and Valter. "I can't believe how much she's changed."

Canas went strolling down the Cobblestone path. He felt like going this way, though he knew not where it led. So was the life of a scholar.

It seemed like ages when he noticed a small group in the distance growing steadily closer. When he arrived to pass them he heard the words "Oh... that's too bad. I'm sure he'll turn up, though," said by a Male that was quite....what was the word...strange looking. But he paid it no mind. It was what the man had said that intrigued him.

"If I may, Canas stated, bowing into the conversation. "If you are looking for someone, perhaps I may be of help. I am a travelling Scholar, you see, and have met many people in my travels. May I also be so bold as to offer my assistance in any way?"

"Ah, they do grow up fast." Sue nodded, and she stroked her horse's mane all the while to keep him nice and calm. "I remember in the plains... the small ones would grow so early..."

A big grin came to Valter's face when Amara introduced herself. He knelt down so he was almost eye level with the girl. "Hey there, Amara. I'm Valter," the knight said.

Looking up at Alihi, Valter just said "I don't have any kids... It must be nice. Especially if they're as nice as your little girl."

Immediately after finishing his sentence, Valter heard an unfamiliar voice. He looked up to see an educated looking man, dressed in long, purple robes.
"Oh, uhh... I don't know. You'd have to ask her," Valter replied, pointing at Sue.

"Ah. Forgive me," He said simply and turned to the woman, who wore robes of a plainswoman, like he had seen the lady Lyndis wear. It brought back fond memories. "If I may offer my services to you then I would enjoy the chance to help, should you let me. I am skilled in Elder Magic, which you know as Dark magic. Never much cared for that term though. It isn't Evil, though it is the hardest to learn of the trinity." He smiled simply and bowed his head lightly, elegantly. "Judging by your Attire, I assume you are from the Plains? And what may I call you?"

"Heh... I wish I was able to have all the experiences that Amara is having now when I was a kid..." Alihi said somberly to Sue, looking down at her own feet.

"Valter?" Amara repeated. "Valter... Valter... ValterValterValter!" The child giggled happily. "It's nice to meet you, Valter!"

Her mood immediately flipped when Valter spoke to her. "I don't have any kids... It must be nice. Especially if they're as nice as your little girl." "O-oh! T-thank you..." She scratched the back of her head nervously. "It's nice to have someone to care for... Though I'm not sure if having a child as young as I did is the wisest idea." She laughed sheepishly, turning to other man before any questions could be asked.

The tactician blinked a couple of times before pointing at the man. Calls dark magic "elder magic"? Purple hair? Monocle? She only knew of one person who fit that description, and that was-- "C-Canas?! Is that you? It's me, Alihi!" Ah, he might not remember me, though... He might have served under Aidan.

Man, was the whole "being the same person but not" situation really confusing at times.

(( Alihi is one of the two FE7 tactician OCs, so you can make Canas know her or not. :3 It's up to you. It doesn't really matter too much to me. ))

"You're Canas!" Sue recognized the name from when her Father told stories of his conflict with Nergal... the shadow that hung over their lands from the Dread Isle. "It's a pleasure to meet you face to face. I'm Rath's daughter, Sue..."

"Wait...Do I know you," He asked the girl that had somehow known his name. He thought hard about it. "I...hmmm."

Finally it clicked. "Alihi! Ah yes! The extraordinary Tactitian of the Nergal Incident if memory serves! It is nice to see that you are still alive. Did you walk through that portal as well? Somehow I knew I would see you here. You, like me were never one to remain in one place very long." He smiled proudly at the memory. "Oh, how I remember all those good times! Has it really been that long?"

He turned to Sue in suprise at her outburst. "You are the Wolf's Daughter? Oh I remember him so well! i didn't know he had a daughter. He wasn't one to talk if memory serves."

Valter turned his attention away from the odd scholar and back to Amara, finding himself grinning again. "It's nice to meet you too, Amara."
