Hana lay where Garai had left her for the afternoon, curled up in the shade of a lovely tree. They had gone for a walk and she had needed rest, but did not want to go back to their den. After a week or so, it had gotten very stuffy and boring for the young lioness and though her mate was loath to leave her in her steadily growing "condition", she had assured him she would be fine for a little bit if he wanted to go off and work on his hunting.
Gods knew she couldn't hunt at the moment. She was starting to get more tired than usual and... well, to put it bluntly, fat. But she didn't mind it at all. The fact that it was Garai's cubs making that so made it well worth it. All in all, she really did love him, despite the short time they had really known one another and the fact that he was a cheetah and she was a lioness. She loved him all the same and she would love their cubs just as much.
With a sigh and a small smile, she let her mind drift to wondering what they might look like, how many there would be, things like that.

The female stood a bit proud, though her belly was rather large as of recently. Her encounter with Feleji had ended in a bit of a predicament.. She had become pregnant, and now within her belly she had been feeling movement and sharp pains.
They were lively, apparently. She sighed, crimson eyes gazing at the earth beneath her. Feleji wasn't always around, though he had asked her to be his mate.. And she had said yes with a passion. Oh how she had loved him. But he wasn't always around... and she was scared of what would happen when he wasn't around, and she was left with cubs she could not care for on her own.
She had so many thoughts racing through her young head.. She was too young to be a mother, and she had been angry that he had impregnated her at first.. But she had grown to understand there was nothing she could do.. She was completely and utterly helpless in this situation..
Another thing, that pissed her off. Oh how tired she was of being alone.
Something ticked her ear, making her listen a bit more intently. Then she used her nose, sniffing the air. Someone was near.

Hana lifted her head and looked around. She thought she had heard something nearby... The young lioness was still recovering from the encounter with the cheetah, though her wounds were only a bit tender now. Add the pregnancy on top of that and she was in a rather delicate position indeed. But, despite all that, she was still a warrior and one who faced her battles. She half-wished Garai was there with her, but then again, she knew that his impairment would make him less than helpful in a fight.
She didn't want to stand, not yet, anyways, but her ears flicked back and she puffed herself up a bit. She was big for a rogue female to begin with, something that would probably help her with the birthing, but right now she was thinking more along the lines of looking like difficult prey.
"Who's there?" she called out in a short, clipped tone, gold eyes narrowed and surveying the area around her.

Her head perked from the grass, her eyes wide. She could hear someone coming closer, and she wanted to make sure she remained safe. She had little ones to think of now!
She growled a bit, getting into a defensive stance, and ready to fight should she need to.. Though lord knew her belly wouldnt allow if it could help it. It added alot of extra weight, making mere walking difficult.
"Im here." She said, her voice strong, yet her body easing. She could hear that the same alarm she carried was in the others voice, and she felt more comfortable.
"Who would you be?" She called, still not seeing the other.
