So, I found this new girl group a while back and they have a new single out
I would really love it if the break through to North America market or anywhere else,

They are called The Saturdays, they are kind of like a younger edger version on Girls Aloud with the singing abilities to boot (i'm not saying Girls aloud can't sing.. they can, but The Saturdays have a little bit of an edge on 'em)

So here are The Saturdays:

girl groups dont really exist anymore
the only one i can think of is PCD
but i dont really think they are a girl group
since most of them are back up singers

i miss girl groups
where did you hear about "The Saturdays"?

Well I'm a huge fan of UK music
I went to the UK once and found a girl group called Girls Aloud
and rediscovered the Sugababes.
So one day I was on the internet looking up some new Girls Aloud stuff when I came across The Saturdays and I really liked their music.

When it comes to girl groups,
they are dead in America, but in other countries especially the UK
they still bring in the big bucks and have massive fans.
This is why I wish that The Saturdays (because they just came out last year)
makes it big in the States or at least in Canada just to bring back the girl group genre

I do not call the Pussycat Dolls and Girlicious girl groups
I say that they are just show girls.

music from the UK is really good
i dont listen to a lot of artists in the UK
i think the only one i listen to Leona Lewis
i need to listen to more

yeah we need to bring back girl groups in USA & Canada
too many solo artists
