She walked into a dreaded forest.
She saw death stare her in the eye,
Yet there she stood, not afraid to die.
Never did she think that her life meant anything.
And as the icy hand of death appeared,
Made itself real what she feared;
He gave himself to appease the beast,
The one she loved, and he died looking at peace.
"WHY?!" she screamed,
"Why not?" he beamed.
Laughed the beast "He threw his life away for you, the stupid fool!"
"How does a creature become so cruel?!!",
"Do you dare judge me?" the beast mewled.
"You're a beast!" she conveyed,
"I'm hurt by your silly insult." he lyingly said as his arm swayed,
The last words she would hear as the the reaper's blade her head flayed.
