While i was in the Guild's CC, we somehow got on the subject of failcapes.
A failcape would be a cape you get for failing at a skill.
So i was thinking what the emotes would be.

Haha firecape, making a fireball then accidently setting yourself on fire with it
or for woodcutting, accidently hacking that little bird with the axe

Quest Cape- getting struck by the lightening bolts
Farming- You plant the flowers, they grow into a man eating plant and eat the player.

I remember Air made the Kail cape because one of our members that isn't
so active, we made a joke that when someone would fail, we'd say they
kailed. So, she made the Kailure cape. I have no idea how to get my hands
on it but just thought of adding that.
Defence Cape - You hold up your shield to stop the stuff falling,
but the stuff falling causes your shield to fall on top of you.

This idea would be perfect for an April Fools joke 3nodding
They would give out fake skill capes and the symbol would be upside down, and all the emotes would go wrong.
That could be a lot of work though, and at least some people would probably complain about it, and that'd be a lot of different April Fools items sweatdrop
Maybe just make a single cape for it? Maybe a cabbage cape blaugh Then the emote would be that you hold up a cabbage and let go of it on accident and it falls on your head 3nodding

Range - shoot an arrow but turns around and hits you instead.
Prayer- you try to fly but your wings dont work and you drop to the ground.

summoning-you suummon those things above you and one of em falls on top of you or eats you.
magic-you get stuck in the shiny thingy
mining-the pik slips causing you to hit your foot
smithing-you accidently hit the bar to the side making it fly into your crotchal area
